I went to court and the judge gave me February 8 to pay. Also he said i could have traffic school so he added it to the total cost. Now how do i go to traffic school? Am i suppose to just do it and show them i went? Or do i have to call in and ask them to give it to me? This is my first time so i don't know anything.. sorry...

I got a speeding ticket and they send me a ticket thingy home. it doesnt give me a price or anything; it just gives me dates and time to go to court. it says it is a mandatory show, so i have to go. But how do pay it? After i go to court can i go home and mail them the money or do i have to pay on the court day?

when you get a ticket and say it is a 2 point infraction you can't request going to traffic school, but what happens if you plea guilty and the judge grant you traffic school. will the 2 point go off your driving record?

I was driving to san francisco from san jose on 280 and i passed a slow car that was making me mad for the past 5 minute. so i speed up to 100mph.. ( stupid thing to do...) so I was wondering if i go there and plead guilty will the judge grant me the privilege of deferred adjudication. also does anyone know the cost of the ticket for speeding that much and if i will get a point on my record or not.. There is a date at the bottom of the ticket that says superior court and a date. and the officer said something about a bill will come in 2 weeks... do i get to reschedule the day or the case or do i have to follow the date? thankyou for the help.
