I was a very outgoing person in high school and had an amazing group of friends. Unfortunately all of my friends went off to college and I went to a local Community College. Every weekend I would drive up to nearest college to visit a good portion of my friends but I was recently kicked off the campus for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

On top of all of this, my best friend/gf of 5 years broke up with me over a text message and as it turns out, she had started to date my good friend over the last few months of summer while we were still dating.

Not being able to visit any of my friends is really putting a toll on my psyche. Making friends at the Community College is next to impossible and I have countless hours of free time after school and It forces me to think about the past.

I've tried distracting myself with volunteerism and what not but nothing works.

Can I enlist in the Air Force reserve and do Army ROTC at the same time? I always enjoy looking at allll of my options.

I'm doing Army ROTC and would like to find out good Officer jobs. Obviously they get paid the same, but can someone tell me which jobs sees less fighting? Or maybe what job ranks quicker? Preferably something with technology but I'll try not to be too picky.

I want to eventually become an officer in the Air Force and would assume that an Officer job in the Army would be good for a Resume plus a college degree.

I'm a senior in high school. I really want to be an Officer in the military. Preferably in the Air Force, however, none my options (colleges) offer Air Force ROTC:/ That being said, my number one choice has an Army ROTC program and I could become an Officer in the Army.

So, is the Army an easier path to become an Officer through ROTC?

Can I switch to the Air Force after I serve my commitment with the Army? If so, is that a difficult process?

AFROTC is something that I really want to do. The community college I want to go to only offers AROTC.I don't have the grades for my University and I may end up going to another school but it's pretty much an all black school. Where as I am a very white person.

Any suggestions?

My problem is that My highschool grades are not good enough for NCST, which is where I want to do ROTC. I have to go to community college first. The only problem is that they don't offer AFROTC. What are my chances of becoming an officer if I don't do the first 2 years of ROTC?

On another note, I have a chance to go to a different 4 year school, I talked to NCST and they said that they have AFROTC transfers come in all the time so my next question is: What are my chances of becoming an officer if I transfer mid way through the AFROTC program to another school's AFROTC program.

I currently don't have the grades to go to a good school with AFROTC. Do I have to do all 4 years of the ROTC program or can I just do 2?

I have an opportunity to play soccer at Eastern Nazarene College in Boston. I was contacted by the coach and was offered a spot on the team.

I have a problem though, I'm not really "christian". I don't attend church, and I'm not sure if I even believe in god. This is a big part of the school though, and I don't have many options for schools? Is it actually as bad as it sounds? Or is there more wiggle room than what it looks like?

I'll be attending college next year and my field of study seems to be leaning towards Criminology. I am interested in it and I think I'd be good at it. However, a Criminologist makes $35,000-$65,000 a year. The problem is that their is not a lot of growing room salary wise and I'm not sure if it's a good option for my future.

I've been dating this girl for a few months now, and I've decided to break up with her. The problem is, we sit very close to each other in one of our classes and we both have good relationships the other kids around us, it is also Christmas time so I don't want to ruin a Christmas.

How can I break up with her so I can start a relationship with the girl I really want to spend Christmas with? I'm ok with staying friends with her, I just don't want to make things unbearably awkward.

Also final exams start the week after we get back from break so I don't want to hurt her grade for any reason.
