Hello, I am making an employee appreciation poster so employees can leave thank you notes to each other for positive reinforcement. I was wondering how to write employee appreciation in Spanish? Is it agradecimiento para los empleados?

My sister is constantly doing things that she complains about our parents doing. I try to bring it to her attention by saying "Ok, Paul (or Elaine)" which is our parents names. She does little things like instead of paying attention to her kids she'll play for hours on the computer. They could be fighting each other or running around the house with a knife and she will just ignore them. If she's watching TV and they are being loud (usually by fighting) she tells them to stop, doesn't get up and stop them, and if they don't stop she just turns the TV up really loud, to the point that it hurts your ears.

She has two boys, 2 and 4. She's not neglecting her children.
