It takes us forever to get her to bed at night. she normally gets in bed around 8 and is not asleep until 9-10! It is so exhausting! also once she is asleep she is up and down all night, crying, wanting water, wanting to go potty, wanting snuggles etc. we have read all the books and tried so many things. any one have any help?

My daughter takes one nap everyday. She recently figured out that she can get out of her bed and play and not nap, which leads to her being very tired and cranky the rest of the day. This leads to major temper tantrums the rest of the evening. How can I help her to stay in her bed (she is not in a crib anymore, hasn't been for 6 months) and get the rest she needs?

Also any advise for temper tantrums?

I had an IUD for 18 months now we want another baby. When I had the IUD I never had a period (normal with an IUD). Now it has been out for 6 weeks, no period still and negative pg test? I need some reassurance is this normal ?

my daughter 11 months, hates sleeping. we have tried so many different methods to help her to sleep better but nothing works. every time something works it is short lived and a few days later we are back to crying all night. This has been going on forever, and I can getting fed up. I don't know what else to do. We have tried holding her till she goes to sleep, cry it out. sleeping with us, putting her to bed early, late, or when ever she crashes. we have tried feeding her differently, warm baths, giving her a teddy bear. a night light, pitch black room. Please help.
