What is an easy and fast way to lose weight for a 15 year old girl whose family doesn't want her to lose weight and doesn't want her to diet.

I really like this football player at my school but he's been in and out of a relationship with his cheerleader girlfriend. Plus, I'm not as hot as other girls. What should I do? How do I get him to notice me and leave the girl for good? It's not that I'm trying to be a home wrecker or anything but, she already cheated on him more than 3 times yet he keeps taking her back.

My best friend for about 6 years now recently started cutting himself because his girlfriend (who he really cared for) broke up with him. He did it 38 times right down his arm with in one time setting. He literally just sat there with a knife and cut himself. I have no problems with emo peoplebut I'm afraid since he's been putting things like "I made the biggest mistake of my life and I'm sorry" and "f*** life" as his mood on myspace and such, that he might kill himself. And even if he doesn't do it on purpose, I'm afraid he might do it accidentally. Another problem is I just don't like him as a friend, I've developed a crush on him over the years.

My friend (who is also 15) and I have big plans for our future. We have everything planned out yet no way to do anything because we don't have the money to do it.
