Can you be layed off if you are pregnant in the state of NJ? My understanding is that yes you can be layed off.

So here is my SPECIFIC question- if I am in fact layed off I know that people are not rushing to give the pregnant girl a job. Can I collect unemployement and if so for how long, does being pregnant give me extra time to collect.

She is my best friend & I did not persist because I want my friendships seperate from my business.Today she paid me a compliment about how well I am doing & in return I told her that I honestly think she would be PERFECT for this & that her situation would improve. I gave her the facts & she said that NOW that I put it this way, things sound different. She even acepted a motivational CD from me & an invite to a lunch in August with my wonderful director!Tomorrow I am going to meet her for lunch & I have my material

HOW do I ask her without saying r u in or out? She is scared & has a very unsupportive husband. What do I do?

I LOVE THIS show but because of work and school and everything else I never catch it. This weekend I caught the marathon and I AM HOOKED... In a world of the mindless Paris's and Lindsay's - his kids are refreshing.. THE GIRL is gifted a dog and she is so thankful she cries!!!

My daughter ninetendo Wii I think is broken. The screen is very light very bright and just pale. You really can't play because it is so bright that you can't see what is going on.

I tried adjusting the colors on my television but nothing gives.

Once we watch TV it is fine (the regular TV) but once we turn on the Nintendo Wii.. it is just bright and light again....

Any suggestions..

OKAY so this idi*t on ebay decides they are going to bid on a product without reading the full description, the bid ends and then they retrack it and say WHOOPS I did not read the description and didn't realize it was used.

I WROTE USED in caps, MANY TIMES.

SO I left a negative feedback simply saying - does not read description before bidding - which is true.

SO they write on mine - watch out she sells used things...

HOW can I respond to this so that my customers realize that I was clear that it was used and I did not try to scam this peron.

I already wrote to ebay to try and refute it, but in the meantime is there anyway I can add a comment to THEIR comment so that my customers know..

Okay so I recently started a skin care line that I really do love. I don't look like an oil slick by afternoon and my skin is SOOOO SOFT, no rough patches.

However my skin looks tired (maybe because I am exhausted) but it looks tired, not so fresh, my pores are way visible and the lines on my forehead are more visible.

What can I do to just look fresh - PS I never wear foundation or coverup...:( MAYBE at 29 it is time.

IT just seems that every where I turn there is a new one added...

I switched them to wellness and they did no good on it, and now I put them on Purina ONE and when looking for soft food I noticed that Purina has wheat gluten... ISN"T that was is killing all the babies...

I am so worried and what are the symptoms...
