In thefirst interview the first manager said something like"youre a good fit to this job. i think the next interviewer will like you too. i will not be the only one deciding but i will let the other manager know that i'm recommending you." in the second interview i observed that there are more than 3 of us shortlisted for the final interview. After the second interview the other manager said something like "i hope you get the job but we are still interviewing other short listed applicants but well call you once weve come up with a decision. i was quite confused. they sounded positive but im wondering if they might have said the same thing to the other shortlisted applicants. i want to hope for the best but i dont want to have false hopes too. what do you think about their feedbacks?

Could you recommend good book swapping sites where there are many members from the Philippines?

I love Anne Tyler's books. They are funny and at the same time very touching. I love her for her beautiful portrayal of everyday life, a life that is not perfect, but still beautiful and most of all totally real...
