Hi I am working out again I do cardio 5x weeks and I also lift weights I just want to know the difference

have been having lower back pain for about 7 I went to the doctor on a military post and they gave me a MRI the doctor told me she didn't know why I needed one but she saw a bubble on my spine and I needed to loose weight so I have lost 20 lbs and exercise drink lost of water and still have back pain.The pain is so bad i can't sleep at night it is going into my legs I have a 7 month old baby and sometimes I have a problem picking her up.So I was wondering what could be causing this pain

Hi I was wondering what I am doing wrong I am trying to loose weight and get healthy.The problem I am having is I lost five pounds last week but when I weighed myself this morning I gained a pound I only eat 1500 calories a day I exercise almost everyday I drink nothing but water.I power walk 2 miles everyday I also work on lower body and abs and I lift some weights.Last night I weighed myself I was 238 but this morning I went back up to 245 what is going on am trying to loose 40lb I just had a baby 5 months ago and she added 40 lbs to me I work out six days a week and for 45 minutes so what is going on

Hi I was wondering has any one used insanity workout and if you have how much weight have you lost.I work out 6 days a week I lost 8lbs so far but I have noticed that I haven't lost any more weight. I have been working out for three weeks so why is that and also when I weigh myself the morning I weigh less but when I weigh myself in the afternoon I gained 2lbs.I only eat 1500 calories a day and drink only water.So will insanity work and can any one give me any suggestion thank you

I was wondering oh do I call about the condition my husband is living in Afghanistan.Well the problem is that it is very cold out there and they didn't give any cold weather gear they told him that it is on back log he has been over there a month he is not the only solider that don't have their gear.It is bad enough he had to buy a new blanket because a rat ate threw it but not to have the equipment to keep them warm is awful.So do I contact my congressmen his chain command knows that him and other soldiers don't have any cold weather gear
