My parents owned a vacation place at the beach. It is a small community with very nice trailers. They sold out back in July because of their age/traveling so far and also my sister died suddenly back in February. All of these things combined together - they wanted to just sell it.

Now, the owner of the park is telling all of the tenants that he is turning the place into an RV resort. For every trailer he is going to put 3 travel trailers. The people that bought my parent's are suing the landlord, the next door neighbor who shows the properties and my mom and dad. They had no idea that this was going to happen - they just wanted to sell it.

Should they get an attorney and should they counter sue? All of the tenants have to move so I am sure they will back my mom and dad when they tell them they had no idea this was going to happen. Thanks for helping!!

I recently installed a free Winzip program. Unfortunately, the company I am freelancing for is having a problem with the program. It seems like it is a different version from what they all are using. I am still using the evaluation version and haven't bought it yet. The problem specifically is that it is putting a .zipx at the end. What is required is a .zip folder. Can someone help? I am sure it can be easily fixed, I just don't know how to fix it - whether I need to download a different version or if there is something I can do in the zipping process to change the formatting. I have the food planned. My son is getting married on Saturday. They wanted a luau party for the rehearsal dinner. I am having the food catered in and am picking it up (to save money). Need some ideas for last minute decoration ideas and possibly games? We are having it at a park - picnic style. Thanks!!!

The wedding is May 24th so the rehearsal dinner is on the 23rd, a Friday night. They want a Luau theme and want us to prepare the food since my hubby is a chef. However, his ideas are not the same as mine as he is a "steak and potatoes man". Any ideas? My future daughter-in-law just wants teriyaki chicken and grilled pineapple and she will be happy. This is very informal, we are having it at a picnic shelter and I have all kinds of decorations, etc. but need a menu. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Please help - my mom has torn cartilage on the inside of in her knees and really bad arthritis. Would that cause both her legs to swell? I have been working in orthopaedics for years, but I just don't know this one. Her blood pressure medicine may be causing it, but the orthopaedic doctor didn't think so. Any suggestions?

I had weird dreams in the past and quit having them but in the last 3 nights or so, I have been dreaming weird things, like pushing my grandmother (who is dead) in a wheelchair downtown but she kept getting out of it and walking on her own and I had a really hard time keeping her in the wheelchair. Most of the other dreams I cannot really remember now, but it seems like I was trying to either take care of someone or help someone out. I have not changed my bedtime routine or anything, but I have been sick and am taking antibiotics - that is the only thing different Any ideas?

My hubby and son have volunteered to do the church signs each week - the problem? First of all they can't spell, so..... being an English major all I need is some ideas. I have researched a lot of web sites and the sayings are things I have seen around every where. I need some original ideas, especially since our church is off of a main road (but as a plus, the road is a cross through to another major road so we get a lot of traffic). Any ideas? Bless their hearts, I know I am going to have to be the one stuck out in the elements putting these letters up so they make sense.

Please help us - my preacher is in his mid 30's. He was perfectly well until just recently. He can't do anything without getting fatigued - just preached a message wears him out. He also has pain all over. He has been to his family doctor and to a tropical disease doctor (he went to the Phillipines over the summer) and all of his blood work and scans have came back normal. He feels so helpless. He is going to preach on Sunday but is going to sit down in front of the congregation to preach. I suggested a homeopathic doctor, one to work with herbs, etc. I also know a lot about fibromyalgia and that may be his problem. He is only 39 and has been in great shape. Any answers? He is a precious jewel to us. Please help.
