I post mainly in the home > society & culture > Religion & spirituality section of the Yahoo Answers, because I'm a christian. I have sinned (as everyone else) therefore, I am under the punishment of Hell. But christ Died in replacement for me, so I simply need to accept this free gift. That's what I truely believe in, wether you do or not yourself. Feel free to ask me spiritual questions yourself! I'm not out there trying to win an argument bewtween if God is real or not, rather that people need to know the message I just shared with you.

  • Is this iTunes thing for real?

Hey, I was looking to download iTunes on my new computer, when I hit this website on my search browser: http://itunes2009.com/

I am wondering: is this for real? A single payment for free unlimited songs, movies, AND games?? It sounds too good to be true. Anyone can answer, but does anyone have it?

  • Composer of a song with no notes?

Yo! I remember learning in music history that some famous dude composed a song that was several minutes long, but has absolutely nothing in it... complete silence! I think the song was named after how long it was too. It was called something like "3 minutes and 28 seconds", but I really don't remember how long it lasted at all. Anyway I was wondering who wrote/did that, and what the exact length (or name) that the song was. Thanks!

  • Left-handed trumpet?

Yo! Is there a way to hold a trumpet left-handed, or do all trumpet players (left and right-handed) play the same way?

  • How would an evolutionist attack this matter?

Many cingle-celled organisms exist, but life with 2,3,4,or 5 cells is unheard of. Never been found. Let's just pretend to skip to 6-10 celled organisms. Those are parasites. They live off of a more complex animal as a host... so how could that happen when host didn't exist, and the most complex forms were parasites? Obvioustly they had to of lived of SOMETHING if evolution is true.

Please be scientifically honest with me and yourself. This is a 2-part question. Incase you're wondering, I'm a Creationalist, but don't take this as my full case for a supreme being. I'm looking for the flaws in this if you can find any that continue to make sence with natural selection, survival of the fittest, etc.

  • A soundfont file, aka, .SF2 file... so how do I use it?

All a pretty much know is that a soundfont file has a synthesized instrument, and it can be used when making a midi file or whatever. I've had experience with midi's, and making them. But i wanted more instruments, so I downloaded this .SF2 file, and I don't know what do to next! What are the remaining steps in getting it included into my synthesizer??

By the way, if you tell me to do something like "Put it into a Bank" then you'll have to explain how to do that also. Sorry, soundfonts confuse me.

  • What do you think of these reasons against evolution?

The book of Genesis specifically explains that God created all the animals in the sea and air and land in different days. That proves against evolution biblically. Now scientifically...

    1) Where has macroevolution ever been observed? If an animal's leg evolved into a wing, wouldn't it become a bad leg before it became a good wing? What about the arm, and the face, and the digestive track?

    2) If macroevolution happened, where are the billions of transitional fossils? There's not just a "missing link" There's billions!

    3) How could the first living cell begin? It's still gotta be happening if there's still stages before us.

    4) Which came first: DNA, or the proteins needed by DNA, which can only be produced by DNA?

    5) The most updated science is discovering again and again that the univers is young.

Don't get macroevolution (From monkey to human) confused with the proven theory, microevolution (From "Dog" to golden retriever, German Shepard, and the terrier, etc.)
