I know this seems weird, but I have different teachers putting the + first, and other ones putting it second. does it matter? are they both right? please explain why. thank you.

Non payment of child support. I have been court ordered to receive child support monthly. Recently, my daughters biological father has petitioned 4 times in the last 2 months to change the amount. But, he has not once sent in any supporting paperwork. But, what this has done, is found some type of loophole in the child support system, because I have not received any payments since he started doing this. I have spoken to my local child support office on numerous occasions, to no avail.I get the run around. Now, my auto is going to be repossessed because my court ordered document is not being homered.who is responsible, and how do I hold them accountable? I reside in California.

I've been a stepfather for 2 years now to my wifes 11 year old daughter. My stepdaughter s biological father is and never has been in her life. My stepdaughter spent a lot of her first 9 years influenced by her aunt. Now, we can t seem to find any common ground. Her aunt and her aunts daughter dismiss her aunts son and spoiled my stepdaughter rotten for years. Now I believe her aunt is jealous of me taking her niece and sisters time away from her. Her aunt tells her lies about me and tells my stepdaughter things she wont repeat, but you can tell its there. My wife doesn't want to pull her away from family, and can't tell her older sister to be happy for us.so, now I can't get any real(non monetary ) relationship going with my stepdaughter. Anyone have any past experience s or thought s on the matter? Thank you.

about 1 year ago, i ran over a car bumper sitting in the road. since then, it sounds like something is bent down there. makes creaking metal sounds,rotars and brake pads wear very uneven. what could be bent. i need a little info before i go to the shop,and they try to sodomize my bank account.
