  • Are photos that are imported into iPhoto only viewable on your Mac Book?

This is probably a silly thing to ask but this is my situation/question:

I have always used my parent's Apple ID to purchase/share things off of iTunes (they are aware of this - of course).

My parents and I all have iPhones. I just recently purchased a MacBook Pro. I want to transfer and backup my 5,000 pictures from my phone to my laptop. However, I want my photos kept private from my parents and off iCloud. iCloud is off on my phone and I believe my computer as well. My question is, if I import my photos into iPhoto and keep Photo Stream off, even though I am logged in with my parents Apple ID on iTunes, will the photos be saved to my Mac Book for only me to view?

    Thank you!

  • How do I deal with bad a guy that is a horrible kisser?

I found my dream man! He's amazing in all the right ways! But the other night, we were drunk and he kissed me. It was horrible, but I just credited to the fact he was wasted. But the next day when we were feeling like our normal selves, he kissed me again and it was just as bad. He gets slobber all over me! And he sucks on my lips to the point I think I'm going to get a hicky on my face. On one hand I wonder if I've been the bad kisser my entire life...I usually enjoy slow kisses. If I use tounge it's usually like a slow, rolling motion. Am I doing something wrong or is he? And how should I fix this problem, as it is very awkward!

  • What should I do to make my parents understand?

My problem lies in the fact that I cannot make my parents understand how important going to University of Purdue is to me. They want me to go to a in state college (Washington State) because financially it makes sense. Also, I have been recruited to play volleyball for our local community college. However, my dream is to attend Purdue and I wish to respectfully decline their offer. Let me give you a little background:

I am a senior in high school this year with a GPA of 3.65. My SAT scores were 1780 and I have been involved in many leadership activities and extra curricular activities.

I never knew much about Purdue until recently. (Maybe a month ago.) But after researching it thoroughly I KNOW this is the school I should attend, as it is the perfect place to obtain my degree in Business Management.

They think I'm a fool for turning down a volleyball scholarship and going across the country to attend a school I have only recently desired to enroll in.

How can I make them understand that this is what I really want to do, despite the cost?

  • Gift for my boyfriend involving "stars" ?

My boyfriend and I always say "I love you to the stars and back" every night. This christmas I would like to do something for him involving "stars." I realize you can't actually pay money to name stars, so what else could I do. Stars tend to be feminine so keep in mind I want this for my boyfriend! Thanks. :)

  • Do I have reason to be rightfully upset?

My boyfriend and I have been together a few weeks short of two years. He texts me good morning, at lunch, after work, and if we don't hang out he'll call me and we'll talk a bit before bed. I don't ask that he texts me at lunch (he just does) and I don't get upset over his very short messages. If he forgets or is too busy to say hello, I am very understanding. However yesterday he only texted me "Good morning babe." and didn't text me the rest of the day. When we hung out he apologized for being too busy to say hello, which was fine. But it's almost five o' clock today and I haven't got a single message or call. It's starting to bug me.

Do I have a reason to be rightfully upset? Or am I being too clingy?

I'm attending the Duke v. Oregon Ducks basketball game tomorrow. It is very, very cold here in the North West but I want to look cute. • iPad vs. MacBook Air?

I am taking a math class online for college and my parents are generously considering buying me a laptop. I was looking at the MacBook Air and it seems like a great laptop for carrying around campus and for taking online classes. However, the price is a little steep. Would a iPad be just as useful and convenient? The price is a little better but my concern is not being able to type as easily. What is your suggestion? Is there another kind of laptop I should be considering?

  • Will anything bad happen if I take "too many" Omega 3 Fish Oil pills?

I have always had a very good complexion, but because I sometimes tan my skin is prone to dryness. Also, I have fine hair and am working on growing it out along with my nails. For the past couple months I have been taking Omega 3 Fish Oil pills. I have only been taking 1 a day (each pill is 1200 mg Fish Oil and 684 mg of Omega 3 Fatty Acids). Recently, I've been working out a lot and have started tanning again so I have been taking 2 pills.

Is 2 pills "too many" ? And what will happen if I did take too many? Are there symptoms?

  • I have a question concerning "ejusdem generis" for my business law class....help!?

    My question is as follows:

Susan Donahue allowed her two Irish setters to run off-leash at a Clippenger Field, an area clearly marked "restricted to equestrian use only." When Ann Gibson went horseback riding there, Donahue's dogs chased after the horse, causing it to throw her into a tree. Gibson sued Donahue for damages. Donahue claimed immunity from Gibson's action under an Ohio statue that, in recognition of the "inherent risk of equine activity," protects "an equine activity sponsor, participant, professional, veterinarian, farrier, or other person" from liability.

    DOES DONAHUE'S ARGUMENT HAVE MERIT?

Please help. I don't under stand this question. It says I should apply the "Ejusdem Generis" Rule.

  • How can I stop the pain in my knee?

I have been involved in athletics all my life. Year round I participate in Volleyball and during the spring season I run track. About two years ago, my sophomore year, I noticed an annoying pain in my knee. A year later it progressively became worse so my mom took me to a doctor. He checked it out, made me do a few funny walks and such. In the end, all I was prescribed was a strong dose of Advil and a bag of ice. Now, my senior year has begun and I'm starting to practice for High School volleyball. I haven't even played in our first game and my knee is killing me. I've been taking Advil everyday and icing it constantly. After practice, walking is painful because of my knee.

If I drew a line right under my knee cap, that is where the sharp pain is coming from.

It also hurts if my leg is folded for long periods of time.

What is going on? And how should I stop the pain??

  • Is this normal? Why is he suddenly acting this way?

On Friday night, my boyfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with his entire family. I love his family and really had a great night. Saturday I worked from 9:00--5:00 and had a long day. When I arrived home, my grandparents were over at my house. We were going to have a family dinner to celebrate Mother's Day. My boyfriend then sent me a text message saying "15 Minutes Dinner with my Family" I explained to him that after a long day of working, I couldn't go with him because my Grandparents were over. He was SO upset and wouldn't talk to me the rest of the night. Sunday rolls around and it's Mother's day. My mom wants to go for a morning walk. My boyfriend wants me to attend a brunch with his family. He is just LIVID I once again won't attend. I don't know if I did something wrong here and what I should do now....

  • I'm freaking out! What's going on?!?

For the past six months I have had (or what I thought I had) a cyst on my neck. About the small of a marble just behind my right ear. It hasn't bothered me so I never got it removed. Three weeks ago, another cyst appeared right next to it. This one has grew to an Immense size, comparable to a gumball. It is extremely painful. I have scheduled a doctors appointment for next Tuesday the 11th. But now I woke up this morning with two new large cyst. ARE THESE CYSTS? Or something completely different? I've never experienced anything like this and am in much pain. Please help...
