I am a proud owner of Maruti Suzuki Zen Lxi (PETROL, AC, Power Stearing, Power Windows) Model Year 2003. I have been owning this car for last 5 years, have done 1,16,000 Km on this so far. The car is in excellent condition, all the original spares from Maruti Suzuki and all the mainataince done from time to time.

Now my question is, Lately I got an apartment at Goa for myself and since the public transportation is something I dont prefer usually, I would like to keep my Zen there drive around. I will be visiting in frequency of, say, 2-3 months. The car will be parked in my building's stilt parking.

What measures I have to take so that It would be as efficient as it is now?

How do I prevent any chances of rusting etc. and consequent damges?

Any special things I have to administer to maintain the car's condition, including that of battery, engine, body and interiors?

Your idea's and suggetions will be highly appriciated.

Many a times while biking, especially in early morning, 'Stray Dogs' keep barking and scaring us, well, usually they dont follow us for long distance; but it can be dengerous as it distracts us from the road and the vechicles behind us can hit very hard :o if they cant anticipate our moves which go like mad when a dog or two tries to terrories us..

Today morning I rode from 'Goregaon East to Powai Lake' and while I was on JVLR a stray dog tried to scare me, well, I was nearly killed by the goods truck which was just behind me.. :o

so the point I want to make here is, is there any effective way that stary dogs wont bother about us, and just mind their own business? ;) so the cycling enthusiasts like you and me can enjoy biking in safe manner?

NOTE: I DO NOT MEAN TO HURT ANY ANIMAL LOVER's FEELINGS HERE. I STRONGLY BELIVE THAT EVERY OTHER LIVING BEING HAS RIGHT TO LIVE WITH PEACE AND HARMONY, LIKE AS HUMAN BEINGS.

hey friends, I am little confused here... I have got a nice white pair for sneaker shoes.. made up of canvas. and the rubber sole. I had to wash them with water and detergent as they had became dirty.. and now I need them real urgent.. so instead of waiting for them to get dry in sun light.. I am going to be a Management Graduate by end of current Academic year from a renowned collage in Mumbai. though I am not academically exceedingly well; my performance is on upward graph and marks obtained by me are on constant increase. I have liking towards HRM stream of management, but my friends suggest that HRM is meant predominantly for females and for those with low aspirations. everyone is suggesting me to go for Finance or Marketing. I would not go for Marketing as it involves lots of creativity and targets to complete. Finance, I am not good / comfortable with (but I am improving my knowledge in that subject) but as everyone is suggesting me to not to go for HR, I am in dilemma as to choose from HR and Finance.

What about job opportunities in HR for Males in India and abroad? is it not a worthy field to go? or I am taking my life on risk by considering HR?

Please help me and give your honest straightforward opinion on this topic.

My cousin (20 years) staying in a Remote Rural area of Maharashtra is pursuing her Final Year Bachelor of Arts in Hindi Language. She is good at her academics. she has interest in doing her career in the Teaching profession. she has time at her disposal but with limited financial resources, what she should do after her BA? should she go for MA or she should do B. Ed.? Or she she should go for NET/SET exams? when NET/SET exams are conducted?

Yahoo was main priority for all the services like email. groups etc. meanwhile, I purshased laptop and started using wirless router modem from D-Link.... and from that point of time Yahoo doesnt gets opened from my laptop. Im 18 M MUMBAI, marathi. I have a friend (18 F marathi) from my college, she was studying with me for some days, but now I'm in diff. class and she continued where she was.

Though our schedules dont match we meet often. The problem starts here, my tendency about friends is to be always in touch with them and to always remeber them. so I sent a romantic Shyaari to her, and she misscalled me and started shouting badly on me, I felt extermly bad, she thought that soon Im going to prapose her and thats why I was making that arrengment, whcih was not at all my thinking. I just wanted to share that pleasure of shayari with her, nothing else.

when I asked her, why she was so overeacting then she replied her brother or mom checks her mobile anytime and it could create problem for her, her mom is suffring from Asthama so I said nothing to her; I was so upset that I dashed my car to another on highway, but that is not a problem. I'm 18 M MUMBAI, Marathi.

I'm currentaly doing a degree-course in Management from one of the renowed college in mumbai.

Today, my most favorite teacher ( 26 F) told me that You have got attitude, I was so much surprised! Beacuse in my whole life absolutely no-one had opinion of this kind for me. Even people tell me to be little aggressive not so submisive. (However I also admit that I have been little blunt with her in past, but those things were finished-off there and there only.)

But still I wish to know the key-methods by which I can understand if really I have got atttude or not?

Being a single child of my parents, I know the value of good-realtions with the people with whom you have got direct or even indirect connection. Hence I have always respected my teacher; probabaly that is the point which hurted me a lot, when she made such statement regarding me.

Please answer my question in whatever the way you like!
