iPad can't connect to WiFi due to "server error"?
My iPad 2 has been unable to connect to Wifi for a while now. It happened randomly one day. We've completely restored the iPad to factory settings and it still cant connect. It doesn't even attempt to search for a router. The "wifi" switch just stays switched off and no matter how many times you tap it, it wont switch back on. Everything else on the ipad works, but its useless without wifi. It is not currently connected to an Apple ID because it was factory restored. We cant connect it to an apple ID anyway because we cant connect it to the internet. Any advice? Thanks!
1 AnswerComputer Networking6 years agoDoes a rebuilt title effect insurance?
I'm looking at buying an 08 Jeep Wrangler hard top with 97k miles on it and impeccable maintenance records but it has a rebuilt title. I have yet to ask the seller what happened, but I'm wondering what's so bad about a rebuilt title anyways. Other than worrying about the quality of the car, will a rebuilt title effect the price of your insurance or anything like that? Is there a way to change a rebuilt title to a clean one? Thanks!

I havent even had my iphone 6 for a month and the touch id seems to have stopped working. Has anyone else had this problem and were you able to fix it?
I tried cleaning the button, turning the phone on and off again, and even re-registering my fingerprints. Nothing is working!
2 AnswersCell Phones & Plans7 years agoIs there anything like plexiglass but cheaper?
We're looking to build a permenant (and nice looking) enclosure for our house rabbits who have been having a field day chewing furniture and wires. We now think that its best, for the safety of our rabbits and our home, that we move the rabbits into a nice, permentant playpen. We have been considering the idea of creating the walls of this playpen with plexiglass in a wood frame. The plexiglass is there to a) make it look nice/clean b) keep them from chewing a cage that would be made of wood c) keep them from rattling a wire or mesh cage at night. The issue is, plexiglass is SO expensive, and we would need about 12sq feet of it. Do you all know of anything a little cheaper we would use, even if the quality isnt as great? it just needs to be see-through (to some degree) and thick enough that the rabbits cant break it by scratching the surface repeatedly. Thanks!
1 AnswerOther - Home & Garden7 years agoBonding 4 rabbits? Is it possible?
Recently, someone from a local shelter has contacted me (because I volunteered there this summer) and asked if I was looking to adopt a pair of rabbits.
I already have a pair; a fixed holland lop and a fixed mini lop. They are a male and female pair. They bonded in about 2 hours- I know, crazy! They've been the best of friends ever since and hate to be seperated. Their bond is very strong. My rabbits are very confident and good with strangers and other animals, even my two dogs!
At my local shelter, theyre having a huge issue with over crowding, expecially with the rabbits since there is only one person on staff who knows how to properly care for the bunnies. She asked if I was open to adopting a pair, or another single rabbit.
Before even considering this, I wanted to know if bonded two PAIRS was even possible? I've never heard of it before. If not, obviously I would not be able to adopt another pair, or I would have to keep them seperated from my rabbits.
If anyone has heard of this or if you think it's possible, please let me know!
Also, what about trios? I've heard theyre very hard to bond and can sometimes cause the other two rabbits to "unbond". What are your opinions on it? Thanks!
2 AnswersOther - Pets7 years agoIs it better to raise bunnies indoors or out?
I've been considering opening a very small rabbitry where i specialize in only one breed. I'm planning to only start with a breeding trio, so I was thinking it would be easier to just keep them indoors; that way i can control the temperature so they will be comfortable at all times. We have a spare room with an independent air conditioning unit, so i can tailor the environment to the rabbits' needs. Of course, fall is coming up, so weather may be favorable for rabbits and my mom would rather them be outside if possible. I just want to do what's best for the rabbits. What do you guys think? Thanks!
5 AnswersOther - Pets7 years agoInfo about opening a rabbitry?
I've been saving money to open a small, high quality rabbitry. I'm planning to only sell them as pets or show bunnies. In the beginning, I will probably only start with a breeding trio, two pairs of breeders, or three at most, as I want to get used to the business. I will keep all of the rabbits indoors in safe, clean, and comfortable cages in our large rec room that we dont use anymore.
When I get the rabbits, I've made a plan that I will not breed the first litter until I have a few people lined up who will want the bunnies. (I personally know several people who do shows and are looking for new bunnies to show.) So here are my questions:
1) What should I call it? (please nothing breed specific as I plan to breed a few different ones)
2) What breeds should I start off with? (Whats popular/easy)
3) How should I go about with the business? (Should I have people pay to reserve rabbits --i already have several people interested, should i keep emails and phone numbers, create a website, send people home with care brochures, etc)
4) Should I have my rabbitry registered by the ARBA?
5) What are some supplies I will need starting out?
(PS: I am knowledgable about rabbit health as i am taking pre-vet courses and I am fully aware of the financial needs that the rabbits will have including vet costs, food, etc)
Anything else you think I should know? Thanks!
3 AnswersOther - Pets7 years agoRabbit trios?
I currently have a bonded pair of rabbits. I have a female Holland Lop who is about 9 months old and a male Mini Lop who is about 10 months old. Both are fixed. They have a very close bond and are very sweet together. They free range in my room throughout the day and also have a dog crate to sleep in at night.
I've been thinking about adding a third bun to the mix.
So, my questions for rabbit owners are these:
What do you guys think of trios?
Would it do more harm than good to add another bun to the herd (especially if the bond didnt work)?
Since i have one male and one female, what gender would be easier to add into the group? (I would think female, but i just wanted opinions from other people) :)
Are trios harder to do than normal bonding? (my rabbits bonded in one day and have never fought since!)
What is the best way to go about introducing the buns?
Thanks! :)
1 AnswerOther - Pets7 years agoIs it time to put my dog down?
My dog is8 years old. Ive had him since he was six. A couple of years ago he had a rough winter and developed pneumonia as a result of a hereditary "spot" in his lung. He was hospitalized for 3 days and brought home. He was never the same. His breathing was awful and he gained lots of weight. The next year, he developed a severe skin condition that caused his skin to become very dry/sensitve and some of the skin on his belly turned black. Hes suppose to weigh about 35lbs and he weighs about 60 now. We try to walk him each day, but his stamina is so horrible he doesnt last 5 minutes on a walk without panting. When hes in the house, you can hear him breathing from rooms away. He has a hard time getting comfortable in order to sit or lay down (probably because he's so overweight) We had to get a specially formulated diet plan from our vet to help him lose weight, but it doesn't seem to be helping him much. He always smells, even after baths, and his breathing is just horrible. He wheezes all the time, wipes his bottom on the floor while crying, and sometimes has seizures. the vet doesnt seem to know what to do.
i love him so much and do not want to let him go. he still gets very excited when we get home and loves to cuddle with his family and is very affectionate. Do you think its time to consider putting him down? My family has been asking me if it is fair to keep him alive this way, considering he's my dog, i have to make this decision. :( what do you think ?:(

I was getting tired of my old, slow iPhone 4 and wont be getting an upgrade for a while so I decided to purchase a refurbished Samsung Galaxy s4. i like the design and capabilities of the Galaxy better, but was wondering about how the things on my iPhone would transfer to my Andriod.
So here are my questions..
-I purchased a few apps that are on my iPhone right now. Will i be able to get those apps again on my Samsung without having to pay for them again?
-Is there a way to transfer my contacts and photos from my iPhone to my Samsung?

2 AnswersOther - Business & Finance7 years agoCurfew for teen drivers in South Carolina?
I just got my driver's license and they didn't tell be about any sort of curfew or anything. Last year, I heard people talking about an 8 o'clock curfew, but I heard nothing about it when I got my license at the DMV. I'm 16 if that means anything (some of my friends talking about curfews were only 15 and 1/2 which is the soonest age you can get your license.) Would my being 16 when I took the test change the rules about a curfew for me? I'm just confused as to why they wouldn't have told me about curfews when I was licensed.
Do any of you live in SC or know of a site where I can find out about curfews in my state? Thanks!
2 AnswersInsurance & Registration7 years agoCanon Rebel T3i VS Nikon D3200 VS Nikon D5200?
My Nikon 1J1 just broke for no apparent reason (I got the Lens Error issue). And I was looking to upgrade to a real DSLR anyway (although I'm really dummed about my little J1 which i loved! I'm trying to find something under $400 (I would buy one used or refurbished so long as its in good condition).
So, I'm down to 3 options.
-Nikon D5200: What i like about this one is that it has a swivel screen that you can flip towards you while taking videos. I have a beauty channel on youtube so this is kind of important to me, but i could live without it if it means getting a good camera for less. The cheapest I found this one so far was a refurbished one with all the goodies for $440 but I dont need all the goodies, i just need everything it needs to function (lens, charger, battery, body). I do prefer the D3200's video resolution from tests I've seen, but thats why im asking for your opinions.
-Canon Rebel T3i: i like the resolution on these and have used one before. it also has the swivel screen that i really like, but its the most expensive.
-Nikon D3200: this one has my favorite video resolution of the 3, but doesnt have the swivel capability.
Which one would be best for me, or which would you recommend? I'm familiar with DSLRs, but im not an expert by any means and just want something that's fairly simple with good photo quality and video resolution.
Thanks!
6 AnswersCameras7 years agoHigh school girls with the vera bradley Tech Backpack?
I was looking at Vera backpacks for this year and I wanted to ask some opinions of people who are in high school and have Vera backpacks. If anyone has the Tech backpack, does it give you enough space for all your stuff?
Otherwise, what bags do you guys have and which ones are the best on space? I've pretty much established that they're a good quality, but i just wanted to make sure i dont get something too big or too small. Thanks everyone!
2 AnswersPacking & Preparation7 years agoWhat's a durable backpack brand?
I would like something cute, but sturdy that will last a while. I've gone to LL Bean but havent liked any of their styles for high school students (I'll be a junior next year). I'm looking at Vera Bradley but it's a little expensive so I just wanted to see if there were some other brands you would suggest. I've seen some of Jansport's bags but they just look cheaply made to me.
Does anyone know of anything in the $40 - 50 range? Thanks!
2 AnswersFashion & Accessories7 years agoDry Socket?
Today I was eating dinner and started having some pain in my lower left jaw. I had my wisdom teeth out monday the 21st. My dentist told me I might get dry socket because I take birth control for my nightmarish periods. I was really careful while i recovered not to brush or swish too hard as directed, but it seems the dry socket was unavoidable. Its not causing me TOO much pain but sometimes it gets sensitive.
We're leaving for the beach tomorrow afternoon (which is sunday so the dentist is closed). He knew that we were going to the beach, so he said he would send us to one of his friends that works near where we're staying.
The problem is that I really dont want to be going to the dentist every day while im at the beach to have this thing dressed, and from what ive read youre suppose to go back like every day for a week to have to dressed? I'm not sure if this is right. Of course, i dont want it getting infected or anything, so i will do so if i need to. But here are my questions:
1) How many times would you say i would have to go back to the dentist? Has anyone had dry socket and just had to have it dressed once and will i be put under local anesthetics for this? (i read that online too not sure if its right)
2) Does the pain get worse as it goes on or will it stay the same until treated?
3) How long will it take to recover after being dressed?
We tried calling my doc earlier but got no answer and Im really nervous about this. Thanks to anyone who can help!
1 AnswerDental7 years agoHow can I clean my rabbit's back feet?
I know not to bathe your rabbit by fully submerging him in water and I know not to you any shampoos or anything like that.
My rabbit's back feet are getting very dirty. I groom him every day, but he won't let me touch his feet without grunting or giving me a kick. His bottom is slightly matted which he sometimes lets me brush but I really cant clean it up well without him getting annoyed (I dont blame him, it seems pretty unpleasant). But I'm leaving for vacation and would like for him to be cleaned up while I'm gone. I clean his litter box daily, sometimes twice a day, but he's a free-ranging rabbit, and his feet are white so that just makes matters worse.
I think his feet are slightly stained, but i think its mostly from dirt and things around the room (although i sweep every day). I just need a way to clean him up safely without upsetting him too much.
There's a groomer about 15 minutes away that does rabbits and I'd be glad to take him if it comes to that, but I would like to do it myself if I can help it :)
Thanks for any suggestions or tips!
1 AnswerOther - Pets7 years agoIs the concept of "bending" from Avatar: The Last Airbender a copyrighted word/idea?
I've been working on a story about 4 kids that can control the 4 elements (they didnt aquire these talents naturally like in Avatar; this takes place in a distopian future where the kids got these powers scientifically.) I can't think of a word they're going to call this ability. I keep coming back to bender and didnt realize that it was used in Avatar until my sister pointed it out. Would using that word infringe some sort of copyright? Thanks!
2 AnswersDrawing & Illustration7 years agoIs a 2004 Mitsubishi Galant ES a good first car?
I'm narrowing down my searches and have come across a Mitsubishi Galant 2004 with 105k miles on it for $6500.
a few questions, though:
1) Do they last a long time as far as miles? (Is it worth getting one with 105k miles?)
2) Is the car i described worth $6500 or should I get them to bring down the price? (it is a very nice car)
3) how is the MPG?
4) lastly, is it a reliable car?
Thanks! :)
