I keep reading that "some" lenders have requirements below 600. Are there any left?

We are about 8 weeks out from having our down payment. Should we wait until we have money in hand to speak w/a loan officer?

So my husband and I inherited this older mobile home. Cute, cottagy layout but needs a facelift from top to bottom. I've primed and painted the older paneling and it looks great but there's this 1 inch plastic molding EVERYWHERE. When trimming around doors and windows, it goes all the way to the ceiling, it's between every piece of paneling and every corner. I've tried painting it the same color as the wall and using it for accent colors and it looks gross both ways. What are my options here?

Top cabinets will be white and are already primed. Bottom cabinets however, will be black. For color purposes, I see no reason to prime the bottom cabinets but do I need to do it simply to ensure the paint adheres? Is it necessary when color coverage is not an issue?

I am personally unable to conceive a child but am perfectly capable of carrying a child to term. Every surrogacy agency I've come across requires at least one healthy delivery. This is something we would really love to do but I'm wondering if it's even possible at this point. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks in advance.

I keep receiving failure notices for emails that I have not sent. They are not in my 'Sent' box so I didn't know anything until one was returned. There was no text. Just a link. This has happened twice in one week. Is there any way to salvage this email account? I have had it for so long and have so many old contacts on it - who now btw are receiving these wretched links! What to do?

As a follower of Christ, I am appalled and disheartened at the statements made by other "Christians". I see so many comments such as "...then you are not a real Christian." What I want to know is: How in the world can one who is not the Creator presume to know the hearts and minds of others and thus condemn their faith in Christ?
