If prostate glands cause so many problems, why can't they just be removed, like the appendix?
I know they serve some function, though not clear on what that function is. However, I know very FEW men over 60 that DON'T have a prostate problem. Why can't they just be removed instead of men having to keep having biopsy after biopsy?
