I've been nailed by a really bad virus. I think its called Total Security.

I do not have my XP disks, nor do i have any friends/family to GET one from.

EVERYTHING is corrupted. I cannot access safe mode, system restore, the control panel, programs, virus software etc.

Any programs I download to combat the problem show up as infected. I cannot use those, or the programs I already have.

I can still access the internet but downloading anything has proven not to work. As soon as its downloaded it tells me that the file is infected and so it wont open.

I desperately need help with what to do.

How can I fix this if I cant access or download any programs??

Please, i'm begging. Somebody help me fix this!

My boyfriend and I have been together for 9 months and we see each other 3 days a week. he's 26 and I'm 23.

I love him dearly. I've never met another man who treats me so kind, and gentle and loving and he tries his best to take care of me and wants me to be happy.

But more and more lately I find myself frustrated to the core with everything he does and says. The tiniest little things set me off and for NO reason. And its not all un-founded. He lost my debit card, my pet rabbit (we found her), he CRIES- like literally starts bawling like a baby when I try to talk with him about important issues. He's 26 and he still lives with his mother. His answer to EVERYTHING is either "I didn't realize (what I did)" or "I don't know how" as if that excuses him from learning. He can't read the simplest of sentences but suddenly wants to be a comic book writer. And he falls asleep anywhere if he has long enough to sit there- in public or otherwise INCLUDING WHILE DRIVING and its humiliating...But he 'doesn't know how' to find a doctor so 9 months later and he still hasn't gone because he can't figure it out. He also lives off of junk food and soda and trash food- which disgusts me to the core. Here I am eating crackers and apple juice and he's pigging out on Vault soda and candy. He's not a kid! Both his parents are diabetic too. With the way he eats, he's heading down a slippery slope. But he wont stop!

I don't know what to do anymore. I feel like I'm in a war with my own brain. More often then not I get mad at him because he's just being really really stupid. I'm talking like- handicapped stupid. But I feel absolutely sick to my stomach thinking like that. He doesn't deserve it. He's so kind and so nice that I should never EVER in a million years ever think like this about him. Not after all that he's done for me...But I do.

I feel like I can't seriously talk with him about any of this because he'll just start crying and then follow me around the house apologizing for 2 days straight (and no, thats not an exaggeration. He really will follow me from room to room crying and apologizing if I hurt his feelings until I lock myself in a room somewhere to get away from him and breathe) I've told him before that when I'm mad I absolutely need space to cool off. I need to take an adult time-out but he just works himself into such a frenzy that even when he promises he wont do that, he does anyway and won't do what I'm telling him will help me not be so mad!

I also have a hard time getting aroused around him. I mean, sex isn't a problem when it DOES happen. We both reach orgasm and are happy but more often then not I just don't want sex. And when I do it seems like unless I'm making a REAL effort to orgasm it doesn't happen. All things considered he's great in bed but I just never WANT it.

I don't know what to do. He can be so dim it makes me murderous with rage but there are just as many good times. He makes me laugh. He makes me feel loved and safe and he's the ONLY man who's ever called me beautiful. Trust me when I say I would be stupid to let him get away. All our private jokes and little gestures and the pillow talk and tickle fights....Its fun and I love it. I love HIM!

I don't have a single soul I can vent all this to and despite it all- I don't want to lose him. I want to stay with him forever but I can't let go of all this pent up ANGER at his laundry list of imperfections...I can't afford to pay a therapist and I sure as hell can't afford to be on any kind of medication. On top of that- I don't WANT medication. I don't like pills. I'm one of those naturalist types. No chemicals, no drugs, no artificial things etc etc.

I really need a hand in dealing with all this. If I struggle with it on my own for much longer I'm going to say something I can't repair and lose him for good.

I've seen and heard of all kinds of different books, with every dark subject you can think of. From murder, to cannibalism, to rape and abortion. But what I don't know if there was ever any controversy over certain books subject matter.

When writing a novel, are there any subjects or words that are too taboo for mainstream fiction? Things that would make bad headlines in the news or make for bad reviews based solely on subject matter.

Are there any subjects/ideas that could (or ever have) prevent a book from reaching the best seller list, or is it pretty much anything goes?

Particularly for stories that are borderline young adult/adult genre? If young adults were to buy or read a book are there any particular subjects/ideas/words/other dark subject matter etc that are generally frowned upon for making available to mid-late teenagers?

I keep getting endless amounts of popups on my screen telling me that something is infecting my computer- click to fix

Spyware Doctor has run several times and yet cant seem to remove the infections

My task manager is missing

I have a strange picture taking over my desktop

my computer keeps freezing every few seconds and I have no clue how to fix this.

Im not good at speaking computer language. Cant someone tell me what to do in plain english?? Whatever this is has taken over my whole computer! I do not have my windows XP disk to re-install windows nor do I have any spare money to pay to get this resolved.

I will do my best to answer questions, but its taken me a half hour to write this post due to repeated freezing.

A close family member stole both my tax return check, and my stimulus check, opened my mail, forged my name, and cashed the checks into their account without telling me.

After calling the bank, I was told that they need a police report in order to do anything at all.

So it looks like i'll have to turn my family in to the police. What might the punishment for the offenses listed above be?

I know fraud isn't taken lightly...And neither is tampering with the mail.

Does anyone have any information?

I live in Indiana, and claimed myself as a single independent on my taxes.

Im about to buy a used van which was used as a moving advertisement for some pub. Its got all kinds of pictures and a phone number on the side.

I was wondering if there are any cheap easy ways to remove or cover this advertisement. Prefferably something as permanant as possible.

The van is a 1995 Chevy PoS so it doesnt really make a lot of sense to get some big elaborate expensive fix.

Just as long as it covers/stays covered for a while.

Im buying a used car from an individual seller tomorrow...My very first car ever. I've never dealt with any sort of car things before, much less buying my own.

I realize this question just screams "lol, n00b" but what should happen between me and the seller tomorrow?

I give him the money, and he gives me the van but as far as the title, licence plate, and any other paperwork...what should I expect to happen?

I nanny for 3 kids, ages 6, 8, and 9. The 8 year old is a walking terror and there are things I dont know how to get control over. Super nanny is my hero and I use DOZENS of her techniques to help me...But im having 2 issues now that Im not quite sure how to handle.

When I put him in time out, he gets up and runs off and/or plays ring around the rosy with me. I always have to get his older sister to help me corner him so I can put him back in time out. There's no way that chasing him will accomplish anything..He's way too fast, I cant keep up.

The other problem I have is that he throws fits when he gets the punishment he's been warned of..And then becomes worse. For instance I told him that he wouldnt get to participate in the upcoming craft/game I had planned if he didnt shape up and stop running off. Once he saw that I was serious he got even more mean, angry, and got into twice the trouble.

His mother does nothing but shrug it off as "the way her son is" when I ask for help.

I know this is a scam, and I've seen all the scam reports. One thing I cant find however, is what these phonies tell people their qualifying exam scores are.

The lady who called me said i was 'above average' on both tests and I completely BSed my way through the second one.

She said the National average for part 1 is 70- I got an 85

She said the average for part 2 (the hard one) is 20- and I got a 30.

Im trying to figure out if they feed every person the same exact BS scores no matter how they really do.

What were your results?

In 4 weeks im moving from Indiana, the armpit of the universe to Florida, where I have a new beginning and a LOT of promise waiting for me. I've never moved more than a block from my childhood home, and this will only be the second move of my entire life.

This is gunna be an amazing experience, and I want to do something creative before I go to remember the before and after.

Something like film my last 3 weeks here, and my first 3 weeks there...but that seems kinda boring. I need suggestions of ways to make this more interesting...Make it an art project that I can put up on the net.

This is litterally a once in a lifetime chance for me..Im going from grey skies, to bright blue sunny days.

I was thinking of making a livejournal to document the whole thing, but what exactly should I document? Video or pictures? Funny or serious?

Any ideas? It doesnt nessicarily have to be video...And it doesnt really have to be pictures either. I just want to make it interesting.

I recently sent an email to a woman looking for a nanny for her kids. She responded back saying that she would like to meet with me, but then emailed back 2 days later saying "Im going to have my second child any day now, lets wait until she's arrived before continuing. I'll email you in a week or two"

Its been 4 days since I emailed her back going "Ok great, cant wait to hear from you!"...But here's where the dillema comes in. This is a job. But its a job outside of all the suits, ties, and endless protocals and paperwork im used to.

The more I think about this job, the more I think its the perfect job for me, and I want it SO bad. I would really like nothing more right now then to be able to nanny these two children. I love kids, but hate stuffy 'official' environments. Im so worried that this lady might not see my potential, and my WANT for this job with her family.

Im insane about Cadbury eggs. I look forward to this time of year EVERY year JUST for those...

But after Easter Im so sad because there are no more Cadbury Eggs for another year.

Does Cadbury make a candybar, or other candy that tastes similar to the eggs, so that I can enjoy the taste year round?

It doesnt have to be an egg..Im just looking for the same taste.

WITHOUT EDITING THE PHOTOS.

I love to take photos and the main person I would love to photograph has a VERY bad complexion and bad teeth. Photoshopping the finished product is not an option, nor is covering this person in makeup.

Ive taken pictures of them before, but the imperfections distract the eye in EVERY photo...

So like the title suggests, how can I take professional style portraits of people with glaring imperfections? Especially if it cant be hidden. I dont live in a land where there are cookie cutter models just waiting to be photographed.

Please spare me the "see the beauty within the person and that should be enough" type answers. I would like nothing more than to add the photos I already have of this person to my portfolio but if possible employers cant see my photo for what it is then I cant use it.

Whenever I make hamburgers I usually shape them by hand, and put them in a pan to cook. I dont add oil, or anything else. Just cow and pan.

Thing is though, by the time they're done cooking they're always just dripping with grease, and it really does bad things for an apitite....health too no doubt.

How can I make my burgers a little less greasy. As in- NOT a pool of oil in the bottom of the pan under the food.

Turn down the heat? Use differant meat? What's the secret here.

When I was in HS, I took birth control pills when I started having uncontrollable bleeding.

Years later and Im done with the pills and done with the bleeding...But ever since..I have had VERY irregular periods. A lot of times I go MONTHS without one..or just spot for like..2 days and Im done, and even that much is rare.
