Can I use a Sidekick Id in the United Kingdom, like on Pay as you go?

I have read on some websites that say that the Sont Cybershot t300 isn't really a good camera. I was wondering if it would be good enough for taking basic pictures ( I am going to Washington DC and other places soon) that I would probably only show on my TV and if I were to ever print them out it would be about a 4 by 6 size. If you have any other suggestions for a small stylish camera please tell me. Thankyou.

OK, there is one pay as you go T-Mobile phone in the United Kingdom that I really like (LG Shine) and I live in the United States. I was wondering if I could buy the pay as you go phone in the UK and then put in a pay as you go T-Mobile Sim card from the USA in the phone?

And a DVD player and TV?
