Have you heard judges ruled bakers can't discriminate against gay couples wanting wedding cakes?
http://news.yahoo.com/colorado-baker-now-wedding-c...
I bet there will be churches ranting about this being one more violation of their right to hate people.
3 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender7 years agoWill gay marriages destroy the christian wedding cake industry now bakers can't refuse to make them?
here's a news item about it. a judge and a seven member circuit court have agreed discriminating over who gets wedding cakes and who doesn't is illegal.
9 AnswersReligion & Spirituality7 years agoRobertson: YECs are deaf-dumb-blind! Ham: atheists luv Robertson! Rep. ID Gov hopeful oks gay marriage & war on DC. is this Freaky Friday?
and you think I'm kidding???
Robertson spoke against the CREATIONISM back in February and told YECs. "LET'S BE REAL. LET'S NOT MAKE A JOKE OF OURSELVES."
http://www.csmonitor.com/USA/Society/2014/0206/Pat...
It took Kanned Ham 3 months to respond and say to Robertson, "Sadly, IT'S PAT ROBERTSON WHO MAKES CHRISTIANITY LOOK SILLY, WHICH IS WHY THE ATHEISTS LOVE HIM TODAY.... Pat Robertson illustrates one of the biggest problems we have today in the church—people like Robertson compromise the Word of God with the pagan ideas of fallible men!"
Ham wants to debate Robertson on creationism.
http://www.mediaite.com/online/creationist-says-pa...
Now for this debate between potential republican governors in Idaho.... two of them are Romney clones, one of them is a pro-gay biker who wants to declare war on the federal government... and the 4th one has spent time in jail for his religious beliefs and has 77 descendants.... you have to see the video to believe this.

Has the circus come to town?
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality7 years agoWhy did Pat Robertson calling the YECs deaf dumb and blind? Why did Canned Ham call Robertson a pagan the atheists love? Time for WWF bout?
Back in February Robertson called out the YECs and said, “There ain't no way that's possible. We have skeletons of dinosaurs that go back 65 million years,” Robertson said. “To say it all dates back to 6,000 years is just nonsense, and I think [it’s] time we come off of that stuff, and say this isn’t possible.”
“Let's be real; LET'S NOT MAKE A JOKE OF OURSELVES,” Robertson added, albeit too late and with his typical lack of insight.
http://www.csmonitor.com/USA/Society/2014/0206/Pat...
Then YESTERDAY, a full three months after Robertson's words, the Grand Wizard of Young Earth Creationism decided to respond..... he called Robertson a pagan and went on to say...
"Sadly, IT'S PAT ROBERTSON WHO MAKES CHRISTINAITY LOOK SILLY, WNICH IS WHY THE ATHEISTS LOVE HIM TODAY.... Pat Robertson illustrates one of the biggest problems we have today in the church—people like Robertson compromise the Word of God with the pagan ideas of fallible men!"
OH..AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF... HAM WANTS TO DEBATE ROBERTSON ON CREATIONISM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some are calling this a cat fight.

4 AnswersReligion & Spirituality7 years ago300 christian girls kidnapped in Nigeria by militant muslims. Where are all the muslims who say islam is a religion of peace? Silent? Scared?
We need look no further than this to see what a religion of peace is really like. They preach that they are a religion of peace to all nations but the ones where muslims kill others without fear of the laws of those lands. The people who preach that islam is a religion of peace are either liars or friends of the people who kidnap or murder because they do nothing to stop it.
Not one muslim nation has stepped forward to try to stop the violence and return the kidnapped girls to their families. Actions speak where men lie with their words.
16 AnswersReligion & Spirituality7 years agoThis honestly isn't a joke but laughing is okay after you read the question. I know it's true and need links about it.?
Back in 1999 while traveling in France I was at a curio shop where there was a display of old old forks that were priced ridiculously high. The shop owner explained why. They were made during the period in which a pope threatened to excommunicate the entire nation of France after they invented table forks and started using them. The forks he had on display were from the period right after the pope's threat and the French silversmiths doubled up on fork production as a show of rebellion against the pope. All the forks were stamped on the back with initials and the emblem of a fork in front of a rising sun.
(insert laughter here)
BUT the man showed me a book that backed up the story, In 2006 a Frenchman in the US told me the same story and showed me a web site about all this.
I went goofing off in flea markets today and...... I really really really need to find that link again..... I only spent $35.00.
3 AnswersReligion & Spirituality7 years agoDo gay equality and gay marriage threaten religious liberties?
Here's something that may be enlightening for you and everyone. Be sure to copy it and share.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Take this test.
1. My religious liberty is at risk because:
A) I am not allowed to go to a religious service of my own choosing.
B) Others are allowed to go to religious services of their own choosing.
2. My religious liberty is at risk because:
A) I am not allowed to marry the person I love legally, even though my religious community blesses my marriage.
B) Some states refuse to enforce my own particular religious beliefs on marriage on those two guys in line down at the courthouse.
3. My religious liberty is at risk because:
A) I am being forced to use birth control.
B) I am unable to force others to not use birth control.
4. My religious liberty is at risk because:
A) I am not allowed to pray privately.
B) I am not allowed to force others to pray the prayers of my faith publicly.
5. My religious liberty is at risk because:
A) Being a member of my faith means that I can be bullied without legal recourse.
B) I am no longer allowed to use my faith to bully gay kids with impunity.
6. My religious liberty is at risk because:
A) I am not allowed to purchase, read or possess religious books or material.
B) Others are allowed to have access books, movies and websites that I do not like.
5 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender7 years agoI've had bad experiences with doctors. Can someone help me figure out what's wrong with me before I go through doctors trying to find out?
I'm 60, in good health for the most part. Very much in good shape for my age.
For over a year I've been having bad 'right eye' headaches that have progressively gone from lasting 2 hours treatable with OTC meds. Recently they have become similar to 2- 3 day migraines that respond to nothing. Right eye recently started going blurry/double vision for hours at a time when there's no headache. When headache is present I have HORRIBLE skin and shallow muscle pains that resemble stabs, burns and insect stings/bites that make resting impossible... Individual pains don't last more than a minute. The pains are from head to toe with no pattern. No rashes, no skin issues once headache is gone.
The worst health problems I've ever had have been.
Periocarditis May 1994 Doctor's initial diagnosis: Heartburn/ulcer.
(inflammation of sac around the heart) contracted from a dental cleaning in 1994. Went home with Zantac, layed down on couch and expanded mass around heart collapsed lungs. Nearly died before paramedics arrived.
E coli infection December 1997 Doctor's initial diagnosis: FLU.
Seven hours later in the hospital with seizures from high temp.
Please give me any leads you may know of thanks. I'll need them BEFORE I go see a doctor about this.
Thanks
I'm not sure what I'm going to do with an extra 77 seconds of daylight! I promise I won't waste it.
I just want to share my good mood with everyone today!
Try to do the same.
4 AnswersReligion & Spirituality7 years agoWould you believe Islam is NOT a religion of peace if you heard it from a Muslm?
After I answered a recent question about the true nature of islam and their plan to convert the world by means of Jihad a Muslim from Canada emailed. Here is the text for you to read.
Hello Bob (bob57719),
You have received a message from another user!
From: M S
Subject: Peace
Message: Islam has mandate to establish peace on earth AKA Kingdom of Allah / God
believers who reject to help need to question their faith. you do not see modern town without police force. AND, you either take side of non believing governments or faith
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To add to this everyone in the western world should undertand that Islam's 3rd holiest way to serve Allah is by "Taqueeyah" which dictates they deceive all people who are not muslims.
if you don not know about taqeeya you should learn about now.

Don't take my word for it. Just google Taqeeyah.
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality7 years agoNew studies>>1 in 200 Christian women have virgin births. Virgin fathers reported. Drug abuse or psycho?
Ya can't even dream up stuff this iggerant. I have to admit that to dream up this stuff ~~~ or believe it you'll have to suspend reasoning and accept this as.... whoa.... Jeeeeez... I was having a flashback to my years as a prisoner in the dungeon of Forest Park Baptist Church.
Save these links. When some Christian starts whining that atheists are being mean to him hook him up with these and tell him this is an example of WHY THEY ARE TREATED LIKE THEY ARE DUMBER THAN MUD.....
