  • What factors, other than price, affect the demand of the Apple iPhone?

I am trying to find articles for this question and have not been able to find any. I need to identify 3-5 factors, other than price, that affect the demand for the principle product which would be the iPhone. (e.g., consumer income, the price of a competing product, interest rates, or exchange rates of Apple.)

  • I am looking for a online Master Degree Program in Accounting?

So I have been at this for a few weeks now and have only come across one school that I have liked so far. It is SNHU. However, SNHU does not offer some of the things I am looking for in an online school. What I am looking for is an online school that offers Master degrees in accounting. I do not want to have to take the GMAT or GRE as I cannot afford either of the two. I am also looking for a school that has low tuition. $100-$500 per credit hour would be ok. SNHU also does not offer scholarships so I am looking for a school that does offer them. I do not want to have to take out thousands of dollars in loans if I have other means to pay for it. It would be awesome if I could find a school that either pays for the students laptop or includes it in tuition. Books included in tuition would be great as well. Since I have no background in accounting SNHU wants me to complete over 54 hours but that is an awful lot. I am looking anywhere from 30 credits to 45 credits. They have to be regionally accredited and accredited by either the ACBSP or AACSB. I live in Illinois and these are the requirements to sit for the CPA exam. SNHU also waived my application fee since I am unemployed which was great. So if anyone has any schools in mind that would be great. I have already looked at places like Keller, UOP, and other well known online schools but I am not interested in any of those. I am looking for a reputable school where I am not going to be laughed at when I go to take the CPA exam. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • Email problems. Hacked? Phished?

Ok so I've been receiving emails after setting putting my resume up on websites. The latest one I received was from a woman who stated she found my resume on government jobs and wanted to speak to me about some personal things which is weird. But what I am more curious about is the email it was sent to. It ended up in my inbox but it has a whole completely different email and it is not mine. So I am wondering, has my computer or accounts been hacked? Phished? I am not sure what you would call this so I am wanting to know what it is and what I can do about it.

  • Mangrove Fruit Farms has a $250,000 bond issue outstanding that is selling at 85 percent of face value.?

Mangrove Fruit Farms has a $250,000 bond issue outstanding that is

selling at 85 percent of face value. The firm also has 1,200 shares of

preferred stock and 15,000 shares of common stock outstanding. The

preferred stock has a market price of $33 a share compared to a price

of $24 a share for the common stock. What is the weight of the

preferred stock as it relates to the firm's weighted average cost of

    capital?

    A. 6.75 percent

    B. 7.20 percent

    C. 6.00 percent

    D. 8.30 percent

    E. 8.80 percent

This is how I am doing it, as the book shows.

    250,000*0.85=212,500

    1200*33=39,600

    15,000*24=360,000

Add that up and you get 612,100

If you divide 612,100 by 39,600 you get .0646953112 which would then be 6.4695 which would be 6.5%

I've done it over and over and over again but I am still coming up with the same answer and as you can see my answer is none of the multiple choice selections. Can you help?

    DRU WILLIAMS

We exchanged a couple more emails and finally started chatting in Yahoo! Messenger. He sent me cc info to purchase check cashing software but it was in a womans name and I did not do it. He then, today, sent me a check for close to $4,000 to purchase any office equipment I needed, including blank business checks, printer, stamps, waybills, and envelopes. I am suppose to take $250 out for myself and then I need to wire $300 to another person and keep the rest in my checking for future purchases. He says I am going to be doing his payroll out of home and will be paid $500 per week. Earlier when I mentioned that he sent me a womans cc information, the persons information on the waybill was hers and I could not make out the name that was signed on the check. The check came from Wells Fargo Bank and the company name was new instruments something or other. I cashed the check so I am not sure exactly what was on there. I am going to go get a copy of it tomorrow. I figured I would cash the check to see if it would actually clear since even if it don't I won't be charged any fees because it didn't clear. Thing is, I have no idea if this crap is legitimate. Has anyone experienced anything like this?? I don't want to get into any legal trouble over this. Please let me know. Thanks.
