I have heard that the can tabs are a more "premium" aluminum than just the cans. Is it worth it just to save the tabs separately from the cans? I know its going to take alot of tabs to weigh anything.... but are they worth more or is this just a myth?

My daughter got accepted to IU. Her financial aid was based on her fathers household income which is a great deal more than mine. He is not willing to help pay even though he is financially able to, According to the FAFSA guidelines. I need some ideas for fund raising to help her go to college in the fall. The loans they offered are one third of tuition. She is a good girl- good grades,focused smart and has high potential. How can I contribute to this? I make barely enough to make my own bills working full time plus.... We dont want hand outs, and scholarships are depleted...... I need ideas how I can help her...... Can you please offer some suggestions?

tempted to buy some but unsure of the results- has anyone tried it? How does it smell? does it make your hair soft? Is it good to use if you straighten your hair?
