I'm working as interior designer, still in junior position actually. Starting today, I'm officially lead a project that I was the support for my senior. Since I don't have enough experience, I want to have some good readings about how to lead a project. Can anyone help me with suggestions of books to read?

I'm an interior designer (a junior designer), working in a firm specializing in corporate offices. Few weeks ago my boss said that I dressed to casual on Friday. That time I wore, long sleeves shirt that I didn't tuck it in, with jeans and leather sneakers and my boss said if I dress like that he wouldn't be able to take me for meeting with clients. He asked me to dress more appropriately though still in smart casual way.

Any idea how to dress appropriately for a casual Friday?

By the way most of our clients are global companies and the meeting usually with people from manager level position or above

how come every time i use mental ray lighting the result always come out with reddish color, i never adjust the light color to red, i use very light yellow-orange color for the lighting

I plan to buy a notebook and considering to get a macbook pro, I am using autocad and 3ds max alot so I need to know wether windows running smoothly on mac or there are still some problems
