I had sex for the first time a few days ago (it was 3 or 4 days after my period) And he stupidly told me he had protection when he didn't, but he did NOT ejaculate. Today I had a white discharge and I don't know if this is a sign that I may be pregnant or not, or since I had the discharge it eliminated the chances of pregnancy. Please help.

Alright. So here's the deal. I'd love to lose 20-30 pounds and get toned in time for summer. I already run like every day, but let me lay my plans out for ya:
Mondays: run three miles, stretch, ab workouts
Tuesday: One hour kick-boxing, one hour yoga
Wednesday: run three miles, Weight room, Abs
Thursday: Kick-boxing, pilate/yoga
Friday: Ab pilates, run three miles
Saturday: jog two miles
Sunday: Rest day
I'll be trying to eat 1300 calories a day, with my meals spread apart every two and a half hours, sound good?
