Will this help me lose weight and tone up by summer?

If i run 6 miles everyday and do full body pilates workouts every other day and ab workouts every day and limit my calories to about 1300 will i lose weight quickly? And tone muscle? i want to be a hot babe in time for summer. I would like to lose 20 pounds.

    I think that will work. Just remember that your body will have to rest sometime. I suggest starting out with maybe 3 or 4 miles instead of 6. That way, you can build up your muscles. Ab workouts, pilates, and limited calories will work. always drink water when working out!

    Little Tricks To Help You Lose Weight Fast

    Yeah we all know that we are supposed to cut calories, do cardio and hit the gym to get in shape, but there are lots of little tricks you shouldn't ignore if you want to slim down quick.

    Take The Stairs Taking the stairs instead of the elevator every day can help you burn some extra calories. It may not seem like a lot but it adds up. Over a period of a year, taking the stairs can burn off an extra five lbs. of fat.

    It would help to know what you weigh, your height, your age.

    Do you need to lose weight quickly?

    If you need to be 20 pounds less fat by summer, you can do it slowly. That's a lot better way that too quickly.

    You could be already a "hot babe" and just not know it. Or, you could have an eating disorder. No way to know from your information.

    If you do need to lose weight and you are losing weight then what you're doing is working. If not, find out why not.

    You should start with less exercise, and mostly focus on the diet and a little working out. Then when you plateau, you can bump up the exercise more and more. Good luck! I want to lose at least 20 pounds for summer too :) you can email me if you want! lynn_hazel@yahoo.com

    Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.

    Damn...absolutely! Well, how tall are you/what is your weight currently. If you are suddenly switching from being really unhealthy/inactive it can take awhile for your body to get used to it. I mean, as long as you are able to motivate yourself to keep it up, and also as long as your food intake is healthy! But don't work TOO hard. :)
