Im 15 and a half and I'm only 5'6 my dad is 5'8 and my mom is 5'1 and all the kids in my grade are already around 5'9 and I'm worrying a lot. Am I still growing? I checked my height a month ago and it's still the same and this is bothering me a lot. Do you think I'm still growing and is there a chance I will have a growth spurt soon or something?

I played a soccer game today and I stretched my calf muscle REALLY badly and I couldn't even walk for 1 hour now I can walk a little bit without too much weight on my leg. Did my muscle get teared or is it just a pull and will it heal by itself or do I need to go to a doctor, how long does it take for it to heal

I am getting braces in 2 days and I am getting them at 8:30 which is the time school starts for me. The process takes about 1-2 hours. My parents expect me to go back to school when I finish getting my braces on. Will it be too painful for me to go to school for about 4 hours after I get my braces done?
