im being harassed by three cops who are harassing me24/7 for three years now they live next door. watch me every where i cant video them cause they got this new eqp. and a Business with a Camera in it talk to me in a brutal way everyday. im going crazy. i write everything they say but,have no witnesses what can i do?they mimic me read my lips use mind control on me. i have a bad habit of talking to my self so,they know everything i say. im at my Witt's end they got my house budged and video. police brutality, harassment ,mimicking ive went to the city manger he wants to sent a cop out or call me but,my mom is or used to be good friends with them so,she called but they lied to her and she believed them if i call and them she will get mad or kick me out. i went to the mayer and she passed the buck to the city manger so what can i do i went to california #940 miles aways and they follow me and gave me a hard brutality so bad i could not think Straight. please help.
