This is the first roommate I've ever had so I'm pretty new at this.

6 AnswersSoftware7 years agoIs this a random sample (Statistics)?
So, if a city wanted to know what people thought about raising taxes and used the letters sent to a newspaper about it, would the letters be a random sample?
I thought yes because not everyone in the population sent a letter. But, I'm not really sure. Can someone clarify this for me?
Thanks!

I have a Intuos4 tablet and I'm using Photoshop CS6 and, for some reason, the pen pressure isn't working correctly. It works inconsistently. One line may have pen pressure but another won't. I don't think its the tablet because it works perfectly in Sketchbook. Any help?

5 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoWould it be ok if I only listed one reference even though my internship application asks for two?
So, I'm a sophomore in college and i'm applying for an internship. My application asks for two faculty or staff references from my school. But, I only have one reference because I don't have that many professors and faculty members that know me well enough for me to list them as a reference. So, would only putting one hurt me or will it be ok?

1 AnswerMathematics8 years agoParents won't let me drive back to college? Am I being unreasonable?
So, I'm 19 and a sophomore in college. I'm going back to school soon and I'm taking my car back with me this time. Its a 3 1/2 hour drive and I've drove it a bunch of times. But, my parents refuse to let me drive my car alone even though they are coming with in a different car. My mom wants me to drive her car with her while my dad drives my car.
I feel like I will never learn to drive long distances by myself until I actually do it. What do they expect me to do when I come home for the holidays? I would obviously drive back. They would probably tell me that they are coming to get me which is totally ridiculous since I have my own car.
I want to be an adult and I can't have my parents babying me about stuff like this.
Do you think I'm being unreasonable?
