So I want to know what careers I could choose that involve taking care of animals.

I don't want to be a vet who has to preform surgery and everything, I want to be more of a caretaker.

I want to be able to take care of, pet, and feed baby animals and all sorts of animals.

I don't want just specific to house pets, but also wildlife.

So what would I go to college for, and what careers would let me do this?

I want to be able to understand animals, be able to breed them, and take care of them. I want to be able to help them if they are sick. But I don't want that to be my main career like vets. Should I still go to veterinarian school so I would know all of this? But what jobs are they that will let me handle and care for the animals of all kinds? So I could take care of domestic and wildlife animals.

Does anyone know what kinds of careers there are like this?

Cause mainly I want to:

1. Care for animals. Like wash them, feed them, play with them, and understand them.

2. In the future I want to breed animals too.

3. If I need to, I want to be able to nurse animals back to health. If they are sick.

4. I want to be able to care for domestic and wildlife.

And if there are careers that let me do all of this, what would I need to do and classes to take to be able to do these careers?

I am tann skin but its rly light. And I want alot of color in my hair, like pink purple or blue. But which would look best? I'm a brunette.

So basically, I'll like be super interested in someone and then we'll start dating and after a week I'll totally lose interested in him. Like i'll want to like him, but everything he will do will make me mad and annoyed. :/ I'll be rly mad cuz I would rly like a guy and not want to date him cuz im afriad that will happen again. cuz it doesnt happen until its like official or sumthing...

Any help?

So, I love to write, and draw. I'm a sophomore. But everyone expects me to know what I want to do when I graduate. I want to do something involving animals.. What interests me is traveling, and like wildlife photography. Also writing. Cause i have great ideas. I need to have money to travel though. I want to be free. And not be stuck doing something I hate. I happen to breed hamsters. (Russian Dwarfs) But i wouldn't want to be stuck breeding all my life. Like... how would i make a living off selling hamsters?? I want to be around tons of animals though. I love drawing and painting. Just any ideas of what I could do. I need to decide on my courses. I'm going to take zoology.

I'm interested in Egypt, and ancient mythology as well. I also need to decide what I should do. Cause i want to go to college. But not for something I don't want to do. I'm interested basically in :

Arts, Zoology, Journalism(eh? writing), Mythology, like that type stuff. and travel..

Any way I could mix those together?

Now I've Had 53 Hamsters in all. Now i'm wondering how did some of them die? I know how some died but I'm now trying to figure out how 9 hamsters that have died in the past, died. So here is my first hamster: All of these Direct Back to my first Hamster: Fuzzerah, the starter of the whole family.

1. Shadow. Told was Chinchilla Hamster. (I think was Djugarian Campbell) About 6/7 months old.

I'm not sure how he died, he first couldn't stand up. He would fall over. He was in a hunched up position.

He experienced muscle spasms. He looked like if he wa choking, though he wasn't. He kind of quivered.

So I'm wondering if this was from dehydration. Or if it was from something else. Because I'm positive it was not heat stroke...

2.Vanilla (Half Chinchilla, Half Chinese.) Younger, barely 3 months old.

She was pregnant and Shadow the fathe was still with her cause he had nowhere else to go, because he doesn't like any other hamsters.

She experienced same symptoms as Shadow besides she had no muscle spasms. She looked as if she was choking as well.

Could this be from stress? She was trying not t have babies with him there? (Fathers are known o eat the babies)

3.Scruffizzy.

Son of Shadow. (Chinchilla Hamster) Recently died, probally about 9 months old.

He was found and believed to be dead. But was not, he still moved, but barely. He couldn't move either. He quivered. He had strength and drank and ate some food. But soon died.

4.Shadow Jr. Son of Shadow, Brother of Scruffizzy. About 7 months old. (Chinchilla Hamster)

He experience the same exact symptoms that Scruffizzy experienced afterwords. Could they both be from dehydration? Or a disease?

5.Nibble. (Chinese and Chinchilla) Sister to Vanilla. Died awhile after Vanilla.

Nibble had escaped her cage and had her babies in the washing machine. Luckily my sister was able to get them all out. Eight babies, then Fluffy who had 5 babies.

Started to kill them, and just like Nibble's mother, Nibble saved the remaining Four.

Nibble took care of the 12 babies. At the end when the babies were weaned, there were 7 living babies. Then Nibble lookd sicky, her nipples were stuck out and she was thin, We think it was dehydration although, she had enough food and water.

Could the babies sucked her dry? We seperated her from the babies, she slept peacefully with her brother Spike. But she died by hs side.

The Next Four were found dead, They were partially eaten, could the other hamsters killed them? Or did they die then get eaten?

6.Forest (Store bought, not born with us.) Chinese Father of Spike, Nibble, Vanilla, Cutie. Brother of Nappy.

Forest lived long, he hated most hamsters, besides his brother, his daughter,and his mate.

Forest as the hamster most likely to bite, he lived healthy. Then we found him dead in a food bowl. is right half of his face was eaten by Nibble. His daughter, Do you think she killed him?

Or is it more likely he died then she ate half of his face?

7.Nappy.Chinese, father of 8. Brother to forest.

He lived rather not long with us. He had babies with our second litter ever's girl Lilianah(Flower)

He happened to die right after she killed all his babies, before they were even weaned. (Poor things)

He was founddead laying by his brother. I knownot many answers there, could he have just died from an uknown disease?

Could he have gone into hybernation? He was in a cold room, though his brother Forest was with him and he didn't go into hybernation.

And Nappy was stiff, deffinitly dead. So no?

8.Cutie. Chinease/Chinchilla. Daughter of Fuzzerah(first hamster ever) and Forest.

Cutie doesn't have much at all. She lived very shortly. She lived with a bunch of girls.

About 7 inside the household cage. She wa found bones ad fur inside the hamster wheel.

We think she might have just got caught up there and died from starvation maybe, or the hamster killed her and ate her up there. Which makes me wonder, Why would hamsters eat others?

They all had enough food, and water.

9. Lilianah Flower (Daughter of Fuzzerah) Mother of many.

Flower had 4 litters, in her lifetime. She had her first litter Fluffy and Skylette.

But she didn't feed them so Fuzzerah saved them. Then she had another bunh of Eight,

Fuzzerah couldn't save thee she didn't have milk at the time. Flower killed them.

Then Flower had 3 babies, they lived. She then had 4 other babies. She was found dead, they had eaten her. Her whole head and top was gone. She was ribs and legs.

That was depressing. Do you think they just ate her? Or did she die of old age? Then they ate her?

My Hamster just had babies, and I've had hamsters since i what 13 and now I'm 15. Ive had over 30 hamsters, and my hamsters have never done this before. Like the mom got out and then my sister found her and thought she was the dad and put her in the different cage and then we found the dad and she thought it was the mom and put it with the babies. And the dad just sat on them. When i saw them i knew it wasn't the mom. So I took the mom and switched it with the dad and she went back to feeding them. But later on he made his was in the cage and now he is laying by them while the mom feeds him. Usually the mom hates everyone when they come near her babies. So is this bad or okay? (also she is known to kill 9 of her own babies for no reason. Because we never pet them or anything like this.)

I found this wild bird yesterday, its a baby. It ate a bug. And now it keeps Like Squeaking or something. And now It keeps trying to fly but one of it's feet are hurt. Like it can't move it. What should I do with this Baby Bird? Could I get any diseases. I can't take it to a vet, Or call anybody cause there isn't anyone close. I don't want it to just die. So what Can i do? (It survived a night... With us.) I just don't want to get sick. But also don't want it to die!!!
