I've applied for over 500 jobs in the past 3 months, gotten 5 interviews 3 were for door to door sales paying commission only, which should be illegal in Canada. the other 2 lasted less than 5 minutes once they realized how old I am. So, tomorrow I go apply for welfare and subsidized housing. my only other alternative is begging on the street corner. what the heck is with this society that they'd rather hire an inexperienced 18 year old with a phone welded to their ear than a mature experienced person

we seem to be asked for banking info and person info a lot while trying to rent a house. Is it legal to ask for bank account numbers and social insurance number and age and type and registration of vehicle? this all seems kind of fishy to me.

I am applying for jobs that am qualified for, and in most cases over qualified for, yet in 4 months, and over 50 jobs, I have note got even one call for an interview. Every single one of those jobs has been an intermal hire and for the most part, they are far less quailfied for the job than I am. this week, they hired a dishwasher for the job of porter, and a waitress as a medical receptionist.

The catch is he's atheist. his school accepts this, and he's in catholic school but scouts only accepts kids with a judao/christian/muslim based religion, no atheists and no pagans.
