Okay, I'm 17 years old, 5'7'' and in the past year I have noticed that I'm over weight for my age and height. I was wondering if any of you guys could give me some advice on a diet and some exercises that will benefit my losing of weight loss. I have a few "rolls" as you would say on my stomach and I have pretty wide thighs, any exercises that are partially centered around those would be awesome [= thank you for your time!

Okay, I have a Sony Vaio that runs on Windows 7. I use Internet Explorer (E7). I just recently today updated my Flash Player. So my problem? Well for the past week or so, all videos on youtube have stopped/froze around the beggining of the song/video thats being played, like maybe 4 or 5 secs before it started. I've asked this question recently, and I had no help on this. Please, I know i am not alone out there because i've been to numerous websites on how to fix this-giving me NO help whatsoever as to fix this since everyone seems to be using Firefox nowadays!! (and no im not ragging on firefox, its just i dont use it). I have also looked at my Java, and its not disabled. Ive been told of Codecs but, ive yet to understand what to do with them. I also listen to an internet radio, and that has been stopping as well. Will someone PLEASE help me on how to fix this??

Okay, I have a new Sony Vaio laptop computer, with windows 7. Just very recently, my video would stop/freeze. Like for example on youtube, the video would play for like maybe 5 seconds and completely stop/freeze. I also have a problem with sound on the internet, theres this internet radio i listen to and after maybe 5 seconds it'll stop/freeze as well. Will someone please inform me as to what's going wrong and how to fix it?

Okay, well im looking for a laptop that has intel core 2 processor, RAM of 1-2 gb, a hard drive of 250-500gb, intel graphics if possible, and a microphone and webcam. I was thinking of buying one for the price of around $500-650, maybe $700 at tops. :) i will greatly appriciate the help.

Well my boyfriend is really depressed right now, about himself and why hes even living..He hates himself and that he just wants to die, I need some serious help, Ive tried to help him and tell him uplifting things and it just doesn't seem to be getting to him. I don't know what to do anymore, i wanted to suggest professional help but i don't think we have the money for it. Please if someone can tell me how to fix this or just help him through it itd be greatly appreciated.

Okay well the basic idea is you pick 5 random numbers and one number for the solution. You can use multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction, and if you want Parenthesis' all you want.

Why do you guys believe in it, there is evidence that it was just a story based on the infamous Gilgamesh. Another is the creation of the world, no god did not create the world, if he did he was stupid and for got about other galaxies, they are there too, the earth is made by the core of mealting lava, and then the layers grew within billions of years, the humans come from primates, and the primates came from dinosaurs that were once living, and dinosaurs came from fish, and fish came from bacteria, and thats how all of us got started we are just like bacteria, we all came from one, and some time soon we will evolve again.

i think that people came from the rightful place as fish, they were evolved into animals that soon came out of the water, and that the monkeys are the true ansesters of people, i think that the bible has lied to us about the 1st days of life on earth, becaues god was lonely, i dont think that eve could have came from a man, i think thats rubish. do you think thats where people came from, and explain why if you think that god made the people, and how could it be possible?

i have a friend who starts to scratches me and my bf and my other friends, just bc we sometimes like step on her or accidentally step on her, and all of a sudden she starts to scratch us, its gotten to blodd and scars, i have them all over my hands, and even my legs, pls help, i dont know how to stop her!
