Is the contribution limit for a Roth IRA $4000 per person or per couple?

I know next year is $5000. Can I set up 1 for my husband & 1 for myself ($10000), Do we share this limit of $5000?

I orginially bought a gift card in addition to 8 outfits, bible, and praying precious angel dolll...but I gave the g.c. to a student at the university because my b.f. has done little to prepare for this child. The g.c. was more than I generally give people, but I know she needs it. She continues to get hair,nails, shopping and not even spending $20 a week to ready for this new baby in 2 months. She is expecting everybody else to buy and give for this child while her and the father (loser) keep living it up.

Was I wrong and should I mention this to her?

What is the correct way to use footnotes. The source I purchased failed to mention correct or useful information. For a book should I include a page? For a personal communication, how is this done? If you cite a work once in a footnote, do you use the format for each additional footnote with the same source, or an abbreviated form?
