My gf has one set of panties with cherries on it and another with a "flush" hand in poker. Suffice it to say, she's silly. I'm a 31 year old 6'2 foot tall guy, and am about 215lbs. I play hockey about twice a week, but that's pretty much the extent of my physical activities that I can relly on for a good workout.

Can anyone suggest a good place on the internet that gives free information on what kind of workout one should start out with?

If at all possible, I'd like to drop a good 10-15 lbs as well as start adding a little more muscle.

I'm looking forward to doing the work and setting up a program - I just don't know how to start just yet.

Beyond the NY Rangers, are there any other teams that come out to center ice and "salute" the fans at center ice at the end of a home game? I think its an incredibly classy way of connecting with fans.

As you get ready to go out on a Friday night, you get tackled by your closet. As you stand up you realize you're now dressed in half of your favorite outfit and half of your least favorite wears.

I still break out at age 30 - mainly caused by stress (which isn't helped by the fact that I then start worrying about breaking out - see definition of "cycle"). I'm a "regular joe" type guy, so I'm just looking for something simple with my INCREDIBLY sensitive skin. Does anyone have any advice they can offer?
