  • Can I still drink this wine?

I just found a bottle of 1995 Merlot on top of an open cupboard in my kitchen. I would guess it has been there for a couple of years ( no comments on my atrocious housekeeping!) Obviously, the room is a "normal" indoor temperature- between 65 and 75. Is the wine still okay.... or NOT???? Thanks!

  • Amazing Race travel trailer?

Does anyone know the brand of travel trailer used on tonight's final episode? They were those tiny little trailers- so cute. I'd love to know more about them.

  • Such a thing as an "unchewable" dog bed!?

I have a 9 mo old yellow lab pup who has gone through several dog beds already- she chews them to shreds, takes out the filling and even eats the material. Does anyone know of a super strong dog bed to go inside a crate?

Yes, she's crated when we're not home, but she always has an assortment of toys in there to chew on.

  • possible eye injury on 4 mo old puppy?

kids were playing and she got the corner of the "crate divider" (which we no longer use and was stored behind something)- the part that hooks behind the metal bars in the crate- caught in her lower eye lid. I got it out within seconds and it hasn't bled and after the initial yelping when it happened, she's been calm and quiet- even wagging her tail at the door at people. I put her in her crate to rest though and to see how it goes. So far, it actually looks okay which I find amazing. Is there anything else you think I should/could do?

  • 5 yr old poops in pants at naptime-HELP!!!?

I have worked with kids for 36 years and have never had this problem- I'm at a total loss. I am the nanny for a very difficult 5 yr old- he still wears pull-ups for bed and frequently wets at naptime. He doesn't just wet the diaper or pants- I sometimes have to wash his complete bedding twice a day! I think he does this after waking up rather than going into the bathroom. Today- again- he pooped in his pants! A terrible mess. A year ago, he was doing this and then spreading it all over his rugs! PLEASE give some suggestions- not so much as to how to stop it, but what discipline after the fact. I have made him sleep in the living room near me when it has happened before and this has worked. Any other suggestions?????? Thanks

  • Fingers feel swollen especially at night, but sometimes during waking hours, too- possible cause?

they don't look swollen, but I'm a little chubby, so maybe can't tell. it's worse at night and I thought maybe circulation problem as I sleep with my arms over my head. But now they feel swollen during the day too
