I always screw up the word "specific".

I have to get up in front of some people and pretend to be proud of some work I did, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to fake it. The confusing thing is that usually people will either have some stupid smile on their face, or they'll just look uncomfortably serious. Just looking for helpful tips so I can wing it.

They're not playing music on that channel anymore. The only thing they play now are those crappy Real World shows, and Teen dating shows like Next and all that other crap. Do you feel they should have to change the name of their staton?

I can't stand those horrible commericals. There should be some kind of yearly or bi-yearly vote to decide which ones should be removed off the air for good. Which one makes your skin crawl the most? I can't stand the one with the OPSEC mouse.

I know I'm not hanging up any lights or putting up trees. The only thing I'm doing is a cheap gift exchange with co-workers. I'm not anti-Christmas, I just don't live anywhere nearby family members anymore, so I usually just treat Christmas like any other normal day. Anyone else doing the same?

It's worked fine since I got it in November, but for some reason recently the DVD burner won't burn onto DVD rw or CD rw. It'll start out just fine, but about 10% into the process, it'll say there was a read error. The only suggestion it gives is to try a different disc.

The laptop is a Toshiba.

I understand that they probably don't want spammers or stupid people posting the same answer 50 times for points, but it still kinda bugs me.
