  • What experiments did scientists use to prove that hydrogen has only 1 electron and helium has 2?

Even though electrons orbiting protons inside an atom are all theoretical, how were the numbers of electrons determined for every element in the periodic table of elements?

  • Does anyone know where the Fuel Pump Relay is located for an '89 Mazda 323?

I've looked underneath the glove compartment towards the center console but all I see is the ECU. I've also looked around the fuse box underneath the drivers side dash but only see the ignition relay; 12 inches above that are 2 other relays that include a blinker relay and a green relay for something else other than the Fuel Pump Relay.

  • If U.S. or Neil Armstrong didn't really walk on the real moon, who will be 1st?

From all the demonstrations in documentaries, Google videos, etc. available across the internet related to rigged studio lighting, staged studios, staged conversations, atmospheric wind discrepancies, etc., that show proof that the U.S. and Neil Armstrong never really set foot on the real moon, who then is scheduled in the next coming years that will really be the first man on the real moon?

  • Lost Contacts after installing Palm's Update for Treo 700p. Any ideas?

I downloaded Palm's latest security update; everything went fine, no errors and resetted fine. Peformed a hotsync to restore all my files and information. Upon completion, everything appeared to come back except for my contacts info.

I've tried setting "Synchronize with Handheld" and "Desktop overwrites handheld" for both Palm desktop and Outlook and it just doesn't want to overwrite the empty contacts in my handheld.

This is so frustrating - Palm really screwed this one up...I'm almost ready to leave Palm altogether. Any one else encounter this problem and found solutions?

  • Where can you buy Koi fish within the East Bay Area?

There are lots of aquarium shops selling tropical fish in the East Bay area but typically do not sell Koi fish. These types of fish can grow rather large with striking colors and patterns and are commonly used in decorative ponds.

  • What are the best ways to prevent my car from being stolen at BART?

My car had been recently stolen on the 3rd floor at a BART station parking lot. This is the Second time my car had been gotten into at BART. BART doesn't have cameras to help deter car theft on their property and the police can't do anything but take down your report.

I had a steering wheel lock installed, an alarm system, and the doors were all locked. Several days later, my car was recovered. It appeared they didn't even have to break the glass, cut through the steering wheel, or break out the key ignition; they must have had a slim jim and all the keys for everything else! This is obviously organized crime done by professionals with perhaps inside ties to BART, law enforcement, or the towing companies. Any good low-cost suggestions?

  • How does gravity distort space and time?

I understand that if you measure time at one point from a high altitude and compare it to the time directly below sea level you would result in different times. This is obvious as the distance of circumference at each point are different as it travels around earth. Is there a better real-world example of how gravity can distort universal space and time and not space and time relative to earth or sun's rotation?

  • O'Hare Int. Airport was visited by a UFO. Do you think this UFO was designed by man or aliens?

O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, IL was visited by a UFO on 11/7/2006 as witnessed by pilots and employees. It was metallic, dark, perfectly round, and hovered approximately 1500 ft above the airport for 2 minutes during daylight. Before disappearing, it accellerated at very high speed through the clouds that punched a round hole through the clouds.

The FAA claimed that it did not detect the UFO on radar during the incident.

Have there been any inventions made by man that could pull or push an aircraft at very high speeds at a drop of a dime in mid air? And include cloaking technology to avoid man-made radar? (assuming the FAA is being honest about their records on radar)

(the "weather phenomenon" as the explanation for these sightings by the FAA have been dismissed as they carry no weight, no eye witness, or scientific proof that lights and/or weather could produce such aircraft illusions)

  • I love the free Google Maps for Treo700p but what is the best GPS solution?

I've seen $29 GPS devices that work with PDAs that use bluetooth from CompUSA but was curious about what this device would lack.
