I've been wondering a lot lately about all those people behind those cute little patterns and designs on our pajamas, on our greeting cards, on our notebook covers, etc.

What is the 'job title' for those creative hands behind such creations and patterns?

Can they work free-lance, or do they have to be a part of a certain company (let's say hallmark).

Are their companies or agencies that 'sell their work' to bigger companies that want to produce products?

I am just so interested to know more about this, and do not know the accurate key words to google it!

I have just completed root canal treatment (second session) for one of my back lower teeth today. I felt very comfortable after the procedure and asked the doctor if I should be expecting anything.

He simply said (during the first few days, you will feel some discomfort, a little bit of pain maybe, but that is normal and will pass... I prefer you not take anything unless badly needed, which is not expected).

Less than two hours after the procedure, killing pain starts within the very tooth and increases - it's basically killing me and also killing my ear.

I take ipo-brufin - it settles very slightly - but does not go away.

5 hours afterwards (which is two hours and a half ago) i take ipo-brufin again, and also settles the pain very slightly. So I go to sleep.

Now i wake up with the pain killlllllllllling me again, and I do not know what to do.

It's midnight here.

Is this normal?????????? Noting that my dr. said some (discomfort and slight pain) - How can i deal with the pain?

I was asked to write a short proposal on a documentary about any form of car racing.

My brother has suggested "Drag Racing" since more youth are into it here...

I can't come up with the "Big Idea" the "Unique Treatment or Story"... a documentary or any movie should contain "Conflict" and "Opposing Views"...

I have already sent my resignation by email today, to my manager, CEO, and HR manager.

When you file things, sometimes you believe you know how many “divisions” you want in each section.

After a long time, you discover you need to add a “division” right in the middle or even in the end.

Either the dividers you have are not enough (you have already covered all the possible TABS), or you have to put new ones or re-write because you’re adding something in the middle.

Question:

Is there such a thing as dividers with tabs all located over each other, so you can add and adjust easily over time when filing?

Is there any other way to easily add and adjust tabs/dividers when filing?

Might be silly of me to ask, but I do not use sun block. And I finally realized it’s quite important if I’ll be spending time in the sun for quite a while.

Do I apply the sun block lotion before applying my daily “simple” makeup? Or do I lightly spread it around after I put make up?

I guess “after” is not possible?

My face is naturally neutrally moisturized, and I hate it that sun-block makes my face greasy.

Ok, all forms of media brain-wash us telling us how horrible it is to have nails that haven’t been manicured, that probably look quite messy.

As a female, being exposed to such forms of media, I have started to “quite” notice other females’ nails, “now that’s very neat”, “ohh she needs to have hers cute and shaped”, etc.

I personally suffer with nails that hate looking good.

Question:

- For Men: Do you notice other females’ nails? Do you notice if they haven’t been manicured?

- What about you females out there? Do you believe this is something we should “constantly and urgently” take care of?

Do I need to warm up, before using a treadmill, an exercise bike, elliptical trainers, and such machines/equipment in the GYM?

We badly want to take photos of my niece (11 months and a half) with some hats/bonnets she has recently received as a gift. They’re so beautiful and she looks gorgeous in them.

The only problem is, she wouldn’t accept anything on her head (hair) whatsoever. When she was younger, it was so easy… but not anymore.

Whenever we put a bow/cap/anything for the hair… she would just furiously remove it.

How can we convince a young child to accept hair accessories? Or should we simply just wait till she grows a bit older?
