People look at me as a resource, someone to be used when needed and put away the rest of the time. When I ask someone to do something with me, such as a movie or to get together, I am ignored or turned down. There are few people I know who are actually willing to be seen in public with me. I recently asked a group of people to join me for a movie this afternoon and not a soul responded.

I have felt like an outsider all my life and whatever I do to fit in doesn't seem to help.

What happened to personal responsibility? Sure, appropriate laws and regulations need to be in place to protect the average citizen, but it seems that the Democrats favor government intrusion into the lives of the people to the highest extent.

If I forward that e-mail to my BellSouth/AT&T account, it prints fine and the printer works well with every other application and desire I have for it.

15-year-old Deerfield Beach, Florida, boy Michael Brewer is fighting for his life after he was doused with rubbing alcohol and set on fire.

Five classmates have been arrested and charged with assault. The boy who actually set him on fire was charged with attempted murder.

Built a computer from a kit for a friend. It's got a SATA 1TB Hitachi Hard Drive which is read by both the device manager and the BIOS, but cannot be accessed by Windows on the My Computer screen.

The computer has a DVD drive which uses SATA and it works fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

Have had a Maxtor 1TB hard drive for about nine months. Until a week ago, was working fine. Since then, there has been intermittent contact with the drive. Now, it does not show up in the 'My Computer' list at all, but it does in the device manager. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have a 1995 Saturn w/almost 160k miles on it. Good car, overall.

Speedometer doesn't work all the time, and the SES light is on.

When speedometer is not working, it doesn't want to shift into fourth gear until I get the revolutions up to 37-3800 rpm. When it does work, it shifts up and down fine.

Dealer thinks it's a kink in the wire from the speed sensor to the speedometer, but would have to take a lot of time to replace it. Estimate of $400. Grease monkey I know thinks speed sensor. What say you and about how much should it cost for a new speed sensor.

The Yahoo! Toolbar homepage opens whenever I open my browser. The homepage setting on my browser, Firefox, is another page. That homepage I set in Firefox comes up when I hit the home button, but when I start Firefox, the Yahoo! Toolbar homepage opens when I start it up. How do I get rid of this? Thanks.

I am a Christian and believe in Creation but I cannot dismiss the evidence of evolution. I don't understand why people think in the binary "If A then not B, or if B then not A".

My belief is that one cannot exist without the other. What say you?

With head/parking lights off, rear brake lights will not illuminate when I press brake pedal.

With head/parking lights on, the parking lights and left rear brake light will illuminate (left brake light just stays lit), but not the right brake light.

Replaced tail lights, checked fuses. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Will be upgrading CPU and motherboard very soon. Outside of making a backup of my Hard Drive, is there anything else I should do? Am going from a Sempron 2200 with 1 Gb of RAM to an X2 6400+ with 4 Gb RAM (Serious upgrade...1.4 to 3.2 Ghz)
