Recently my computer has started to show red and blue dashes, dots or lines in a regular formation all over my screen, especially when playing a DVD. I have tried my monitor on another computer and it worked fine so is there a problem with my graphics card? I have an ATI Radeon X1300/X1500 and i rolled back the drivers to see if they were the problem. Nothing has changed and I cant find the up to date drivers to install. Would these make a difference? Or should I just buy a new graphics card? Any suggestions?!?

We have recently been upgraded on virgin media and been sent a new Netgear router with 'N' broadband opposed to out old 'G' Belkin router. I was just wondering what the difference is between them.

All out other computers receive the internet through 'G' receptors and so will we have to buy new adapters to be able to receive the signal from the new router and will it be faster?

Is there any way that i can recover my saved game which i accidently deleted instead of loading?!?

i really really really dont want to start again or even use someone elses saved file.

Basically, when i look at the files through my computer, it says i have 763 tracks on there but when i look at it using the actual player, it says i only have 560 or something.

i can see tracks on my computer and then when i search keyword on the player it just says track not found.

Why is it just storing some tracks and not having them available to play?

ok, i know this is a long shot but my Uni search engine has decided to crash and google is just rubbish soooo

Basically, i've gotten into Asian music lately and got a song that says its by Dragon Ash but it doesn't sound like them and i've searched their songs and cant find this one.

The problem is, the file does not have a name, just the artist.

There are no cinema's near us showing My Bloody Valentine in 3D so me and my friend are thinking of seeing the 2D version. Does anyone know whether it is and good in 2D?

Im doing a project on the noise levels in rescue kennels. i was just wondering if anyone knew if there is a law which states how far away from residential areas a dog kennel has to be due to noise pollution.

i cant seem to find any information on DEFRA etc so i dont even know if such a law exists.

how come certain words like through and colour and flavour are spelt differently in America- changed to thru and color and flavor?

its almost simplifying and i just dont get it.

i personally prefer the 'proper' english!!!!!!

oh and like organise is changed to organize

i had a dream last night that i went to take my retainers out and they sort of fell apart and as i tried to take the bits out my mouth my teeth starting coming out- sort of rotting. does anyone know what it could mean?

I have a lot of music and videos (films etc) on my computer and am thinking of getting a inexpensive external hard drive (around £50) but dont really know what im doing.

i was just wondering how reliable they are and if i can play my music directly from the hard drive in itunes for example without having to pick each song individually.

is it worth me getting an external hard drive or would it be better to buy writable dvd's and just store my videos on there so i can at least free up some space? would i have to replace the hard drive in a couple of years?

if anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated. also could you suggest any reliable external hard drives.

she usually smells normal (like a cat). shes also got really energetic (considering shes 17 years old) and is jumping all around the place and meowing loudly like a kitten

my computer is behaving kind of strangly at the moment and i dont know why.

i'm connected to wireless internet at home but for some reasons, when logged on, the internet cannot open certain web pages like facebook etc when it could easily before.

there are only two accounts on my computer- mine and 'guest' and the internet works fine on 'guest'.

i've done an upto date virus scan but it doesnt help.

also, when logging onto my main account, it sometimes only loads the wallpaper and nothing else (so no task bar etc)

i dont want to have to use my guest account for ever, so please can you give me some suggestions of what the problem might be?

i dont eat apples very often but my favourite type of apple is the one thats dark red, really really shiny and the inside is really white and crisp.

i havnt seen them in shops recently at all and i cant remember their name.

can anyone tell me the name of this variety and if its like out of season atm or something.

i often (every/every other day) have the strangest randomly seeming dreams but recently have had quite a few dreams around trains- or more significantly train stations and tracks.

does anyone know what this could mean?
