I am getting enough of a tax return to either pay off my credit card debt and part of my car loan, or I can pay off my car and none of my credit card debt. What should I do? I also need a new car really bad, the car I have now is going to die any day now so I really need to trade it in. Please help me make the right decision!

If I withdraw my 401 k to have dental work done, what will that do to my daughters social security disability? I plan to spend the money as soon as I get it and I assume she probably won't get and disability while the money isn't spent. If you know anything about this, please let me know.

I'm a single mother and have a 12 yr old daughter with special needs. Her biological dad has nothing to do with her. He wants to sign over his rights. He owes a bunch of back child support because everytime srs finds him and starts taking money out of his checks, he quits his job. He said he would only sign over his rights if I drop the back child support. I was told by a friend that he could only sign over his rights if someone else adopted her. Is that true? I want to let him sign over his rights and be done with him and I would even drop the back child support too. What can I do?

Was thinking about getting an HTC Evo shift and paying $29.99 a month to have mobile hotspot and connected my laptop to the internet that way. It's cheaper than Cox. Will my internet be just as fast? I have $8000 from my tax return. I have $2700 in credit card bills and $9300 citi loan. Should I pay off my credit cards and apply the rest to Citi or should I put it all towards the citi loan and then pay more on my credit cards each month? My citi payment is $275 a month the credit card min monthly payment is about $80 a month. What should I do?? Please help me.

I am connected to the internet using the usb cable. Is there anyway to get my router to work and still connect using the usb cable, because I cant figure out how to get my computer to connect using the ethernet cable. I've tried and it won't do it.
