  • Unfathomable Heaven?

This was part of a prior response to a question I asked regarding perfect people in christian heaven -

"Hahaha, we cannot even fathom the awesomness that heaven will be, we cannot even pretend to try to reason what it will be like, so we cannot try to compare it to our standards of beauty and sadness and personality as we see them here in this lifetime."

If that's so, how come so many Christians on Yahoo! Answers have answered my prior questions by saying that in heaven there will be never ending paintball games and everyone will live in a mansion and drive electric golf carts down streets of gold before ditching them in crystalline seas while at the same time eating lots of chocolate, with nekkid ladies hanging off each arm, and firing guns into the air? Are those Christians deluding themselves? If so, shouldn't one of you tell them so? They may only be Christians because they think your heaven is a never ending shopping mall where everything is always on sale...

  • If there is no sin in heaven...?

This was part of a response to a prior question I asked about Christians being perfected once they arrive in their heaven -

""Ugly" people are just as beautiful as the most beautiful person in the world because there is no jealousy in Heaven, there are no impurities. All sins are forgiven and everyone is finally equal."

So, if there is no jealousy in heaven, does that mean there are no emotions of any kind? Is heaven a state of emotionlessness? If not, and it's just non-stop happiness forever, how can you tell if it's happiness if you don't have saddness by which to compare and identify it? Also, without human emotions, what will happen to your personalities? Will these be destroyed? How can you have a fully realized personality without both good and bad emotional reactions to your surroundings?

Also, if everyone is finally equal in your heaven, does that mean heaven is the perfect communist state?

  • Perfect in Heaven?

Another question related to my prior question. If you go to heaven and suddenly find yourself "perfect", what will distinguish you from your god? Isn't your god the only thing that's truly perfect in your religion? Furthermore, how do you define "perfect"? You mean all the ugly Christians will suddenly be a delight to behold?

  • Won't you get bored in Heaven?

This was part of an answer to my last question about going to heaven -

"and heaven won't be boring, there will be sports, paintball, anything good that you can think of, it'll be there."

So, like, playing paintball FOREVER won't get boring?! Let me emphasize that eternity is a very, very, very long time. Even if you work your way through paintball and every sport known to man, what will you do then? Take up needlepoint?

  • Why would I want to go to heaven?

When it would mean I would be forced to spend eternity with a bunch of stupid a**holes? To be stuck in the same place with ignorant Christians for all time sounds more like hell to me...
