Tank Is 90 Gallon And Gets 2 40% water changes a week. It has 2700 litres per hour of filteration. It currently holds an 11 inch oscar. What breed of pleco can i have in with him when you consider size and waste issues? Something not as small as a bristlenose but not as big as a common, any ideas? If not a plec, any breed of anything else i can have?

This is simple my life, someone tell me if im healthy please haha this is my life most days:

Sleep about 8-9 hours a day, say 11:30 - 8:30

Drink decent amount of water, probably

4 pints a dat and i only drink water, NOTHING else.

For my breakfast i will usually have just a piece of toast

Dinner i will have just an egg mayo sandwich or a chicken sandwich and a piece of fruit

When im back from school i then go the gym to lift weights for an hour on a monday wednesday and friday

For my tea i will have chicken but i cannot have chicken on its own otherwise it makes me feel sick, i usually just have oven chicken with a breaded coating on a bun with some milk to drink as milk has vitamins and other benefits etc

Them about 8:30 pm i have this routine say 5 minute walking, 5-10 minutes if hard jogging and then finish 10 minutes power walking

Later on i will have nuts and more fruit

Thats it really, i try to base my diet on being low fat, low calories but still getting protein, vitamins and other beneficial things to us, am i doing it right in general? If not please tell me for example am i jogging at the wrong time etc etc etc i dont know, i need YOUR help, thanks chaps.

Ive found a website with baird and co bullions on it, they are charging 67 quid per 100 grams of .999 pure minted silverwhich includes shipping, tax and vat, is that a good price?, people say "silver is only 14 quid an ounce" so when you add up to 100 grams im getting ripped off but thats the price before the company adds tax or vat? And from my research in england there is no were that does it without tax or vat? Anyone understand what i mean? Am i fetting a good deal?

So when i do water changes, i use my hosepipe to fill my tank back up, does it matter that i am putting cold water back in to fill it up? The temp usually drops about 2-4 degrees afterwards, is the temp change harming my oscar?

I got an original 60gb xbox 360 with a downgraded 20gb harddrive.

Ive narrowed the possibilities down, am i right?

Okay so the obvious reason is i have installed the play disk aswel, well dont worry, i didnt install it.

I thought mabye its my monitor not being powerfull enough. So i unplugged the xbox and put it on my 50 inch hd 3d tv with huge spec and it still lags pretty bad. So i thought it cant be the monitor. Now the only other reason i can think of is this: is it because i have the very original xbox 360 and not the more modern recent slim version? Thats what a few people have suggested, they have said its because the older 360 isnt as powerfull in terms of performance. What you think, is this the reason?
