so I overclocked my Dell desktop from 2.75ghz (dual core) to 3.10ghz and my GPU which is a [GT 610]runs at [48 degrees C] (idle) and 55 degrees C (full throttle). (might I add there is fresh thermal compound)

my cores on my CPU run at:

core1: 38 degrees C

core2: 35 degrees C

(the whole CPU having thermal compound that's a year old)

out of fear of damaging my internals I ripped a laptop fan from a broken laptop and soldered it to a USB end and plugged it into the computer I then ran that into the inside and built it onto the Northbridge heat sink because last time I put my finger on it, it was very hot. I need help. can I do more with air cooling? am I doing bad? what temperatures are seen as bad?

Also I have speedfan running and I bumped the fan speeds up to about 70%. I'm scared, I don't exactly know if the temps are good for the speed I'm hitting.

Are kernals made to work with different OS's or can one kernal work with different os's

Not with the computer but rather through the settings app itself I'm on iOS 6.1 please only experienced users reply I'm not trying to mess up my phone I don't have a computer anymore. Please nothing harsh or mean. It's just a question after all.

I only did the first 6 levels of portal one downloaded portal 2 did an online co op and got called a toddler, I play first person shooters and I never even picked up any games that have anything to do with portals. I know you shoot one portal and you come out the other but portal 2 requires you to know where and what will happen when you put a portal down. no-ip.org doesnt work im out of ideas right now im broke so im trying to make a website from the ground up and have a official address it shouldnt cost money as the people who sell the domain names are people like me who have somehow figured it out and have it in such a way they can make domain names and sell them. i know its easier to just piggyback off of a major company that sells domain names and buy one but again im broke. apparently people with apache cane do it but i cant use apache. right now i have a ip adress and thats it is there a feild in the iis manager somewhere that will allow me to edit it and change localhost to a domain name of my choice or am i looking at this the wrong way.

My thinkpad t23 wouldn't boot up unless I applied pressure to a part of the keyboard on top of the fan of the pc I took the keyboard off and opened it up so I could see everything then I unscrewed the screw on the socket next to the CPU and unlocked it and pulled out the CPU upon close inspection I touched the thermal compound and it was VERY dry it was sticky but VERY dry and I looked at the thermal compound under the fan and I wondered if pressing the keyboard down that was on top of the fan pressed the dry compound down onto the CPU and made it work until I took my hand off of the keyboard. I know this is confusing but I basically pressed the keyboard down hard just to get the computer to boot and when I took my hand off the screen went black, when I wouldn't press it down at all I got a black screen (backlight was on but no picture) and 1 green light was on. And I could hear the fan speed up and slow down again and again. I would like to know if my CPU is failing. It's a thinkpad t23 has windows 7 it is equipped with a sluggish 1 gigahertz mobile processor. Any help would be appreciated. I took the CPU out and I won't put it back in until I add fresh thermal compound to it I also tested the CMOS battery to see if that could be the problem but alas I have given up.

i got a doggy collar, black t shirts, black skinnys, black converse, i would like to find a jacket but what jacket is affordable and is in my area i live in rockville md, and the style should be crazy like straight jacket kind of look or any style you recommend just need to get my paws on one

I CURRENTLY HAVE WINDOWS 7 INSTALLED BUT I WANT TO REINSTALL OVER IT WHILE WHIPING MY HARD DRIVE I'm Changing a file that holds the setup.exe and the rest of the data for windows 7 to an iso file and I will burn it to a DVD and put it into the pc so I can reinstall and wipe my hard drive will such a thing work??? Or will I get some error mid way through and is what I'm trying to do making any sense what so ever? Cause I spent nights contemplating the perfect idea on how to make this work but ever the best of strategies still fail somehow so if this makes any sence please help me IM BEGGING YOU
