I'm starting an animated series with a couple of friends. To give a back story there are two characters. One is silly and one is serious, dull and picks holes in everything.

The main idea is that there is a pony that one of the characters own. Its a bit ridiculous but it's the main form of transport. A boat, spaceship or even a submarine.

It's a bit like a tardis on the inside (you can climb into it) but we haven't though of an idea of how this could all work.

What we need is an idea as to how the first episode should be. We've wrote a couple of drafts for other episodes, but we dont know what would be a sensible way to approach this.

How the pony gets there, why this boring character is so serious and what the first episode should be about.

If you've ever wanted to have an animated series what would you have the first episode be about? What would you think would be entertaining?

iv'e seen a lot of people wearing them in my college and they look really cute. I want to see how much they are and if they have ones with a funky design on them...

They look like old style heavy duty army boots and the sole is usually a see through rubber. please tell me what they are. (i dont have any gril friends who know)
