Someone I know bought a 2012 vw jetta and put $1000 down and pays $200 a month. I want to know if he can transfer the title over to me even when he's not done paying it off.

I haven't lived with my mom for about 3-4 years because she was a drug addict and alcoholic. I am still a minor and I'm in the care of her sister and brother in law. However, my mother is my only legal guardian.She stalks me at work. She comes in sometimes and waits outside till my shift is over other times. Sometimes she shows up to my place an hour or two after my shift is over. She is homeless but I have a place to stay. Can I get a restraining order against her. If so, how?

I don't live with my legal guardian, but I live with my aunt and pay bills and its been like this for 3-4 Years aside from paying bills. I've been paying bills for a year. I am still 17 and turn 18 next August. Am I independent or dependent?

A 16 year old boy and an 18 year old girl are at a party and the 16 year old is drunk. I don't know anything about him except for the fact that he was most likely in US Coast Guard, if not, he was definitely in the military. I was born in 1997. I applied to Kmart 2 weeks ago. They sent an email a week later, saying they filled the position i applied for, but that they reviewed my resume and recommended a different position. then I applied for that position and I got a call 4 days later saying that I have an interview the next day. I went to the interview and got the job. all i needed to do was do a drug screening and get a work permit since I just turned 16. I was told to check my email for further instruction, so i did. I made an appointment for drug screening and passed the test the next day. and today I got 3 emails. one with URL to go to and the 2nd one with my password for my login for the URL. I completed an online form regarding payment options and w-2 and w-4 thingies. Then the third email took me to a different site. to fill out an I-9 form or something like that and I finished it. So now what? do I wait for a call for orientation or do i wait for another email?

SO BASICALLY:

I passed the interview, I passed the drug test, I filled out all the online forms sent to me via email. so the question is: what do I do now? do I wait for an email for more instructions or a phone call regarding orientation?

My Sophomore year I took Chemistry and failed both semesters. i took summer school and made up one semester and am going to make up the other. I got 2 F's for each semester, but the semester I made up got me a B.

Everything is on my transcript so obviously they'll see my summer school grade. My real question is Will they judge me upon the B i got in summer school or the F i got during the regular school year?

Should I be worried at all that they may look down on the fact I had to take summer school? Why or Why not?

Im turning 16 in the next month and i weigh 200 lbs with a large frame.

next month Im planning on going vegetarian for 30 days, in addition to running a mile 3 times a week. Im already drinking plenty of water. However, Im not sure what i'm suppose to eat, so I need someone to give me a list of cheap, meatless meals that i can eat for the next month. not allergic to anything. I also plan on taking daily vitamin pills to get nutrients that i didn't get a chance to eat for that day.

first of all, im in high school and i plan to finish high school, but this question is out of curiosity.

secondly, i heard that if you can get your GED before you graduate high school you can just move onto community college earlier than others. is that true? and is that a fairly good idea considering that you can start community college early so that you can transfer to a 4 year college and be done getting your bachelors faster in means of age?

I am currently doing my own personal training. I just started yesterday.

Yesterday I walked for about 15 min to get to where i was going to train as a warm up since it was cold in the morning. I got to the basketball courts and I did 10 sprints ACROSS (not around and not back and forth, I sprinted across then walked back, sprinted across and walked back, and so on) 2 basketball courts (not the long way but the short way) then I rested for a minute and jogged for another minute to shake off the fatigue a bit and i stretched and walked back home. when I got home I ate 2 small baked potatos with nothing topped on it except for a sprinkle of salt.

Today I woke up slightly sore, the night before I stretched before sleeping, and I walked for the same amount of time, 15 min, to get to this hill. I didn't run up the hill, i simply walked up even though I was sore, not too sore but sore. the hill was kinda steep and it took me 10 min to get to the top and i was going at about a steady pace maybe a little faster than that. I walked down slowly for about 7-8 min then walked home for the same 15 min it took to get there. I ate 2 boiled eggs and 2 slices of bread when i got home.

Tomorrow, and the next day I plan on just walking a flat surface 6 miles long (3miles to go to my destination and 3 miles to get back) I still dont know what to eat AFTERwards. (I prefer to eat after a workout because I like to feel like Im working for my breakfast) then after those 2 days (maybe i'll do 3 days of that) I'll take a 1 day break then start the routine all over again.

FYI: I stay hydrated before and after workouts, and drink the recommended 8 cups throughout the day

Is what I'm doing ok for an exercise routine intense enough to not mess up my muscles but not too easy for it to not help me lose weight or fat/or stay in shape? any nutritional advice for muscle recovery aside from what the foods I mentioned? any feedback on my routine and nutrition is wanted as well.

im still in high school but im planning out beforehand what to do when it comes to what type of college to go to. I want to become a registered nurse and eventually escalate to becoming a family nurse practitioner. Here's the thing. I want to go to a 4 year college but was wondering if i could become an RN after 2 years at a 4 year college. I want to be an RN after 2 years of college so I can pay for my loans that i have taken and the ones that i am yet to take. Would all i need to do is study 2 years of nursing then pass that one test (forgot what it's called) to be an RN then continue my studies in pursuing a BSN or should i just go to a community college to get an ADN then transfer to a 4 year to get the BSN? In other words, Is going to community college the ONLY way to be an RN with ONLY 2 YEARS of college or can you do 2 years at a 4 year then take the test that certifies you as an RN?

Im the type of guy that has been told he is funny, really smart, really stupid, immature, mature, nice, and chill. I get chill and smart more often along with funny rather than the others. I myself do not think I am very attractive, but some girls (not many that i actually hear) say im cute, i've gotten some guys to say that im not ugly or sexy but that im handsome. Im currently 16 years old and i was circumcised when I was a baby. However, a little piece of flesh connects the side of the head of my penis to my left over foreskin. I am assuming that the little piece of flesh that links the two is left over foreskin that was overlooked during my circumcision. When I turn 18 I plan on cutting that **** off since it gives my penis a crooked look when it's erect and it is slightly starting to feel irritating. I am soon to be a Junior in highschool and I've been pondering upon what I would like to study in college. I've been thinking long and hard, and I've decided that I would like to aspire to be a high school English teacher. I've wanted to major in English for a long time before I've decided to study to be a teacher. However, I am starting to think of other subjects that I'm interested in and would also like to teach in the future. With that being said, I would also like to teach a social science class like History or Psychology. For me, English is a must, but when it comes to History and Psychology, I don't know if I should Double Major in English and History to drop Psychology or Major in English and Double MINOR in History and Psychology. I know that to become a teacher in my state, California, to become a Psychology teacher you need a minor in psychology at the least to be able to pass a certain test that allows you to be a teacher in that subject (forgot what it was called), but I am not sure if the same thing applies to History. I know that if you are a History teacher who is able to become head of the department at the school employed at you can choose to teach any social science class you'd like (talked to the head of my school's Social Science department about it). Also, my understanding of how a person is able to teach two separate subjects is difficult for me to understand along with the process of gaining teaching credentials in two subjects, so if someone could clear that up for me that'd be nice.
