I wanted to know if they will have jurors. If so I guess the bigger question is can they can get a fair trial? Even if they do not have to jurors can they still recieve a fair trial in the Untied States.

Im looking to buy a house. Nothing more then $100,000 to keep my payments low and I would be able to put somewhere in the neighborhood of 5-10% down. However the down side to all of this is I have no credit.

We have been working together, she is training me, and today I have had it with the smell. For the past 3 days the overwelming stench of raw sewage mixed with fish has been throughout the control room where we work. I have tried to hint to her that we have showers in the plant we work at but she just wont shower. I mean today it smelt like fish wraped in a used condom all day. I just cant take it anymore. What do I do to get this skank to take a shower atleast ONCE a week. I mean can I be subtle and just like leave some body wash lying around or do I just tell this what seems to be a woman to take a shower. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS. We work in a wastewater treatment plant, but I do not smell like this. I think she swims in the influent.

I would be a frist time buyer/renter. I am 19 years old and make roughly $40,000 give or take. I have little to no credit. I have a $405 a month truck payment plus I pay my parents "rent" of $350 a month. I pay about 250 a month in gas for my truck. I would like to know about what I could/should be able to afford with all of this in mind.

Im coughing, its a very dry cough. I also am sick to my stomach. I hurt all over and I am not sure about it, but I think I am running a temp (The only reason I say that is because its about 75 degrees out side I have a winter coat on and cant stop shaking)

I work shift-work (12 hour days, 2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights, 43 hours a week) I have trouble sleeping on both shifts. I will go at times 24-48 hours without sleep. What could I do to improve my sleep. I can't quit my job and I can't change my schedule. I just would love to be able to fall asleep.

I would like to know because it is a part of my families history but no one in my family seems to know.
