my son on average eats about 4 oz every hr or 2. or 8 oz every 2 or 2 1/2 hrs. to me this seems alot. but considering he was 8 lbs 14 oz when he was born he is alot bigger than other babies. is this normal?? someone told me to put a TINYYYY bit of rice before bed and it will help keep him fuller threw the night. he still wakes up ever 2 1/2 to 3 hrs at night. whihc is fine .. i also heard if u tlk to ur doc and ur baby eats more than normal u can start feeding them 1st gerber foods?? anyone else done this or know anyhting about it?? he pretty much holds his hed up by himself btw. cuz some say supported sitters he is alsmot there... he is a little advanced i think??? help???

did anyone go see the movie, haha ppl been telling me to go see it, but im over 38 wks pregnant lol so i dont wanna like go into shock, but if it will put me in labor, lol lets do it haha (only saying that cuz i gained like 60 or more lbs, and i have HORRIBLE water weight) and bad swelling, i was jw cuz i know the saw movies arent TOOO scary for me , so i was gonna go see that tonight (comes out tonight) and w/e but i wanted to see paranormal activity, but i need advice on if u think it would be to scary for me (or pregnant women in general) im just curious, cuz i dont get scared very easily... thanks (no rude cmnts plz)

yesterday i started feeling dizzy and light headed laid down, got hot and then cold , had some stomach pains, not so much cramping as to it was verrryyy uncomfortable.. been pooping alot (TMI i know) its kind of loose and easy (havent been constipated at all during this pregnancy) and was feeling VERY nausious, these symptoms got less intense after i took tylonel. felt better, came home laid down fell asleep woke up THREE times in the middle night with similar stomach pains and yesterday i had a bit of my mucous plug come out (looked a bit like sperm) and it wasnt a glob it was pieces of it.... and then i had some of the stomach pains again today they went away with a tum or 2 but an hour or so later they came back, anyone have similar problems before labor if so how long, i have some pain in my lower back every now and then and same thing with my pelvic area... im 37 wks today and i already called my doctor she said it could be the start of early labor but it could be day(s) or week(s) till i have this baby noone knows... any help?? or advice?? it goes away and then comes back .. UGHHH

For the past 3 to 4 days i been having braxton hicks they are around a hr or so apart,, they started high in my belly then went to where u get period cramps, then around my side and down my lower back to the point wher it almost hurt to walk and sit. they were so intense i was wondering if i wasnt stareting ACTUAL labor. hard to sleep at night they woke me up.... then yesterday i told my doc and she thought i was probably dialating.. she checked and my cervix is still far back he hasnt dropped into my pelvic area, in fact hes VERY high up she said. im 36 weeks pregnant today and i want him out, i know ppl keep telling me its better to wait but they dnt have horrible swelling like i do ... i know the back was probably braxton hicks but IM HUGE i figured hes be here by now or in the next 2 weeks AT THE LASTEST. and now im afraid hes gonna be late and we're gonna have to worry about his umbilical cord around his neck or something., and i had sex a coupole days ago (to help bring him down, or start labor) and nothing worked... any similar situations , trying to be patient but is ther anyway i could start labor without him being dropped? or anyhting similar to this happen to you? 1st baby btw

Im 32 wks. and due nov 3rd 09 but i think im going to have him before that my milk is already in and flowing heavily (nursing pads help SOME) but i go threw some everyday just about having heavier discharge and he is still head down and moving but alwaysss pushing hard with his feet downwards... im just curious as to any of these signs happening weeks days or when before the baby came and how far along u were im 17 btw. :/ and this is my 1st. i know a couple of my friends went at least 3 wks early and then i know ppl who went late. i know theres not a SPECIFIC date as to the baby can come whever but im just curiouss??

okay so i tried this and it didnt work. i watch the show alot and am amazed but if the "levitations are real" why didnt they work at home and i was COMPLETELY relaxed like he said. even took a video of this and nothing.. anyone actaully suceed if u do take a vid and post a link to youtube or such so we can believe its real and not just an illusion im unconvinced right now..

i got my belly button pierced like 3 yrs ago. i dont think it will grow closed as long as i keep putting my belly rings threw it. but has anyone else had experience with like those specially made belly rings while pregnant and did they work. r they safe? or anyone just keep it out and put ur belly ring threw every now and then? did it go back to normal after u had the baby? or anythting. plz helppp

i found out i have an anterior placenta ... im 20 wks 2 dys and havent felt the baby move. im getting impaitent ahah and the baby at the last ultrasoudn at 19 wks. 3 dys . he was spine smacked up against the placenta. :/ so i was wondwering if anyone else has this? or knows someone who did and stuff and when they felt the baby move. and if they already delivered did they need a c sec. they said as of now im fine. but if he stays like this the whole rest of the pregnancy then i could be at risk for a c sec :/ .. HELP :/

i keep feeling these fluttering / pulsating but kida strong pushing outwards from the inside. im not sure if this is just my uterus or possible kicking? i know its pretty early ill be 17 wks on tuesday. i know its easrly but i am petite. ?? any thoughts or personal experiences?

Im going for genetic tests. im 17. so i know most defects are low. i also read in one of my book that when u get a positive defect result . most of the time its a false positive. im really nervous cause if it comes up positive they want me to terminate. :/ im 13 wks today. anyone have info about this testing. plz ud be alot of help. i go tomorrrow. so the sooner the betterr......

idk . haha. i have a 73% chance of having twins. due to it skipt my moms gen. and hit mine. and my bf (babys daddy) is a fraternal twin also. but its up to the girl whihc is scary. cuz im only 16 ill be 17 in may. and im afraid its twins i do have a tiny bump. not big enuff to "show" my uterus is stull under my waist line but prutruding a bit outward?hellppp i get an ultraound april 1st?

im around 4 weeks pregnant and i have Patent Foramen Ovale.. My parents and doctor say this is very dangerous. but i jsut wanna have the baby and be okay. is this a risk?

I Just found out 2 days ago. i have an ultra sound scheduled the 1st of april. but i been having lower back pain every few days and pain more on one side that the other. but i do get it on both sides. like cramping.(annoying) mostly on my right. but every now and then on my left. is this normal? i hope so im young and kinda afraid that this could be an ectopic pregnancy? im only 17 so im kind of scared .... ?No vaginal bleeding or anyhting. btw the cramps are mostly when im sitting. not laying down or being active?

she is on birth control but misses pills alot. she got her period january 27th....ended the 30th... she had sex feb 7th (unprotected).. feb 13th (unprotected) and feb 23rd unprotected..... now she has a 28 daycycle .. she would have been due for her period on the 24th i believe of febuary. she has not gotten her period yet. and is scared to take a test. breasts are sore has once or twice of a tinest amount of brownish discharge and has been having "period cramps" .. but hasnt gotten her period. she normally gets them a day or 2 before her period. she started getting them on the 26th .. its the 2nd of march... HELP??

oh and today she said she randomly coughed and gaged like she was going to puke for no apparent reason?

very irresponsible, i have been sick and sleeping alot and forgot. me and my bf had unprotected sex and he pulled out way to late. so im guessing most of his "ya know" went in me. I havent been worrying that much till i started getting mild cramps, more on my right side than left. then my right side, almost like stretching. i cant help but noticing im peeing more than usual and eating. and the other day i had horrible indigestion (never had before) . i fainted the otherr night and my mom took me to the E.R they took a pregnancy test (urine) and it came back negative but the sex was only on the 30th of december? idk if it would show up. and my uterus still feels hard? i havent missed my period yet it comes in about a week . ? help?
