I feel like I am not quite attached to my body. I feel like a machnie operator and my body is a mechanical machine. I look at my hands and sometimes I feel I have to say, "hands move" to get them to do what I want them to do. I do not drink or do drugs. I just feel like I am in my body, but my body is not me. Does anyone else feel like this or am I a wacko?

I am in my late 30's. I am not completely happy with my live-in girlfriend. She is pushing for kids and marriage. I am not 100% in love with her and I caught her almost cheating once. I do not want to leave because basically it would disrupt my life too much to break-up, move out, have her completely fall apart and have that on my conscience. She is a little financial dependant on me but not 100%. Should I stay and get married and have kids or should I go?

I discovered my girlfriend was doing a little extra kissing and hugging a chiropractor she had been going to for treatment. Is it considered cheating if there was no sex. There was no sex that I know of. She was also emotionaly involved with him, thinking about him a lot and and getting upset thinking about him going home to his wife and kids. When I found out I left our apartment and threatened to leave for good. She is very sorry and willing to repent. She says she deeply regrets this happening and will never go to him again.She says she is willing to do anything I want if I go back. Am I a fool for thinking of taking her back? Things were not so great between us before this, which is probably why it happened. I do care about her but this has upset me a lot. I was just going to leave and never come back but after hearing her apologize and cry for days she seems genuinely sorry. What should I do????
