I am a 24 year old female and over the past 6 weeks I haven't been able to clench a fist and also my vision is blurry. I work in the medical field and the first thing that crosses my mind is MS? any opinions? anything else have those

So, ever sense I was a kid I have had seizures and when I was 15 I had brain surgery to stop my seizures. It did the job until about a year ago and I am currently 23. I have been experiencing blurred vision and muscle spasms and both come random (its like minor spasms like early Parkinson's)I don't know how else to explain it so I hope it makes sense! When I have read something about MS I feel that they are very similar. Do you think it could be MS? something else? and I only have a epileptologist, should I bring it to a specialist if it is something to worry about?

So I am thinking about transferring to a college out of the area so I will have to live at the area. Do you think that it makes a difference if you live on campus or off campus. And as far as study groups and internet access, etc. Also, the college doesn't have AC so that is a negative. Overall, I am wondering if it really makes a difference is you live on campus or off. Pros and Cons?

Like at barnes and nobles you can download only a few books for no charge but the Kindle has many free book. Is there one that you would suggest over the other one and if it is free for the kindle can you use it on the Nook?

So, I read an article in some magazine about a college where you worked for your tuition. Where you worked the dietary, housekeeping, tutoring, etc. and instead of getting paid you got paid for tuition and room and board. Does anyone know where it is located and the name? Thanks
