Im a high school athlete and whenever im not working out...Im playing on my PC and xbox. But inbetween each cod or battlefront match or quest...Ill do 30 pushuos and 10 air squats...and Ill doe this for about 3 or 4 hours... I have been doing it for a whike and Im just curious if it will help with endurance for my chest or whatever...thanks!

I saw a post a while ago comparing Christians today to ISIS saying we are no better than them...Yet I know 2 christian militant groups...One in The Phillipines and one in CAR. It seems everywhere where Islam goes there is terror which puts a bad name on the majority of muslims, and where christians go/are they aren t bad.
