My mom has schizophrenia and almost killed someone cause of it but the bad thing is no one wants to do anything about it.They say cause she has the mental disorder they can't do any legal actions against her.But she is dangerous for the public, she went to a hospital once and beat up a ill old man...she attacked her sisters , mom (70 years old) and just now our ill neighbor that's old.She almost killed people 2 times and attacked countless people, she's dangerous to the public and no one wants to do anything about it cause they say she's ill.I want to do something about it.We are a poor family so we can't really take it to court.I heard you can report people with this disorder to mental hospitals.Can someone please explain what I can do ?I can't take it anymore so much violence and please list the laws so i have some evidence to my guardians to convince them to do something about it cause they can.

I need to loose weight, everyday I eat rice and beans with chicken.I read that you cant eat rice when you're trying to loose weight and im not eating brown rice cause i hate it.Whats a good satisfying meal to replace it ? Note i can't also eat red meats or anything fried
